I don't have to haggle with my renters. **What do you dislike about Housters?** The website charges me around $5- $10 for each amount I collect from my renters or basically any transaction that goes through Housters. I wish the fee was lower. **Recommendations to others considering Housters:** If you are going to sub-let or rent your apartment then try this website. It will really help you when you won't have to hold your renters accountable anymore. **What problems is Housters solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm managing my renters, insurance, deeds and accounting through Housters. I have noticed that I no longer need to haggle or remind my renters myself.
