HoundDog is COI tracking software that automates collecting and verifying certificates of insurance from vendors and subcontractors. HoundDog requests COIs for you, uses AI to read each certificate, checks it against your insurance requirements, and tells vendors exactly what to fix when something is missing. A dashboard shows who is compliant at a glance, and expiring policies trigger renewal requests automatically. HoundDog also collects and tracks W-9s, MSAs, subcontractor agreements and other vendor documents. Every plan includes a dedicated account manager who manually reviews complicated COIs. Plans are monthly with no long term contract, priced by the number of vendors you track. HoundDog serves contractors, property managers, trucking and transportation companies, colleges and universities, municipalities, franchises and many other industries. The company is based in Columbia, Missouri.
