What do you like best about HotTelecom?

What do you like best about HotTelecom?

HotTelecom provide us with a great Cloud PBX system. It includes call recording, IVR, conditional forwarding, music while call on hold and scheduled call forwarding. Their support team helped us to set up everything and now we have a great telecom tool for our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HotTelecom?

All the parts of VoIP system can be installed rather easy and fast (including virtual phone number, additional internal numbers, call recording feature). HotTelecom support team helped us with all our questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HotTelecom?

It would be great to have video-conferencing service as a part of this package, but, unfortunately, HotTelecom do not offer such an option at the moment. Hope they will improve that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
