HotSchedules is a great app used for scheduling, as well as keeping in touch with employees and managers. I really enjoyed how easy it was to send messages to the entire staff at once. It is also very clear when shifts are up for grabs, and this app makes it so easy to pick up and release shifts. I really don't have anything bad to say about this app. If I absolutely had to choose something, I would say I disliked the excessive emails I got from this app, even though I'm sure that was just a matter of email preferences. For every message I received on HotSchedules, I would also receive an email about it, which could get a little annoying. Other than that, this app was amazing for me.
