Heatmaps and session recordings clearly highlight where users pause, scroll or drop off which makes analysing visitor behaviour surprisingly straightfoward. What problems is Hotjar by Contentsquare solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hotjar helps me understand how visitors explore the health packages on our website. Using heatmaps and session recordings, I can see where users hesitate or drop off.
