It's not always user-friendly when generating heatmaps. The screenshot that the tool users can be glitchy or not load entirely/correctly and it's still not easy to fix without digging into the help center for a few minutes. It is one of the few digital tools that fulfils everything it promises to fulfil. If it is possible to make automated recommendations in the same way that GA does, that might be interesting.
