The team at Hotglue has been great to work with. They have been extremely thorough and responsive in both their communication and their technical approach to problem-solving. They stood up an integration to Mailchimp for us very quickly to begin validating and refining with them and our clients in preparation for go-to-market. Their Support has been fantastic, troubleshooting edge cases and making adjustments as needed to provide the best solution possible. They offer a very cost-effective solution for bringing integrations to market quickly with great attention to detail that improves the user experience for managing the solution as well as for the end users. I like the pricing from hotglue, it's been really good so far. The responsiveness of their team is great—they're very good at reaching out and making sure we're taken care of, quick to respond to any technical requests or questions we have. I also find their pricing model unique and attractive. Speed and ease of integration: The implementation speed was impressive — we had our Precoro integration up and running much faster than expected. The pre-built connectors eliminated the need for months of custom development work. Reliability and performance: The system is extremely reliable, with consistent data synchronisation between systems. Since implementation, we haven't experienced any significant downtime or data integrity issues. Support quality: The support team is responsive and understands integration challenges. When we had questions during setup, they provided practical solutions quickly. Flexibility: The platform handles our custom data mapping requirements well. We were able to configure the integration to match our specific procurement workflows without compromising functionality. What do you dislike about hotglue? That they weren't around before we became a powered by Fivetran user. This would have saved us a lot of time and headache. It was the platform we were looking for. We were previously a Powered by Fivetran customer, which meant we had to accept a rigid, black-box ELT process with very little flexibility. Hotglue has completely changed that. Not only did they replace the data connector functionality, but they also empowered us to take control of our ELT workflows. Now we can tailor data transformations, customize sync logic, and own the entire pipeline in a way that better serves our business and our customers.
