What do you like best about HotelRunner?

I mostly enjoyed the smoothness of the setup with the help of their live support agents. In my case, it was Patricia, and she did a great job running me through all the necessary steps. I was able to connect with all my OTAs and have my calendar ready. After the setup, the system has been working very efficiently. ( receiving reservations, adjusting prices/availabilities, various promotions, etc ). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HotelRunner?

If you aren't to tech savvy like myself, its a bit hard to set everything up perfectly, without support. Unlike most CMs HotelRunner offers a private setup session with one of their agents, which was a great pl Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering HotelRunner:

Once you have signed up, I strongly recommend contacting a HotelRunner agent, and ask to schedule a setup session. That way you can save a lot of time and also learn about the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HotelRunner solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Connecting & Managing all OTAs from one platform ( price, availability, promotions, coupons, etc )

The greatest benefit I would say is the amount of time you save. Now instead I can spend that time doing other tasks that need to done.

- HotelRunner also provides a direct two way connectivity to Airbnb, which almost all other CMs do not offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
