HotelPro is a simple, affordable hotel management system built for small independent hotels, guesthouses and B&Bs in the US and UK. Most property management systems are built for large hotel chains: they are expensive, complicated and take weeks to set up. HotelPro gives independent properties everything they need to run daily operations, without the complexity. With HotelPro you can see occupancy, revenue and paid/unpaid bookings on a live dashboard, manage reservations on a visual calendar with payment tracking, print reservations and export them to Excel, organize rooms by floor with nightly rates and availability, track housekeeping status (clean, to clean, maintenance), get alerts for unpaid bookings, and manage guests and staff. The software is available in English, French, Spanish and Arabic. HotelPro runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install. Start a 14-day free trial and set up your property in minutes.
