HotelGenie is a cloud voice and guest communications platform built for hotels, casino resorts and senior living communities. It replaces the legacy hotel PBX, room handsets and phone-closet wiring with cloud voice that rings wherever guests and staff already are: on a guest's own mobile, an in-room tablet, Alexa, or the analog and SIP handsets a property already owns. For guests: a QR code or link turns the guest's phone into the room phone, with no app to download. From the same screen guests can call the front desk, order room service, request housekeeping, message staff by SMS or in-app chat, and see offers from on- and off-property venues. Properties can add branded in-room tablets and Alexa voice as well (HotelGenie is a preferred Amazon partner). For staff: HotelGenie includes a cloud PBX with extensions, call routing, queues, voicemail and number porting, plus an operator console that shows every room and every call on one screen. An AI concierge routes guest requests to the right department and tracks them to completion, and housekeeping and maintenance tickets go straight to staff mobiles. Managers get reporting on response times and the most common requests. For safety: room-level E911 sends the dispatchable location (room, floor, tower or building) with every 911 call and alerts designated staff by text, email and voice at the same moment, supporting Kari's Law and RAY BAUM'S Act requirements. PhoneGenie Edge keeps calling and 911 working on site if the internet connection drops. HotelGenie fits any starting point. It can work alongside an existing Avaya, Cisco, Mitel, NEC or other phone system over SIP, PRI or T1, move just the guest rooms onto the HotelGenie PBX in a hybrid setup, or replace the old PBX entirely. It integrates with property management systems such as OPERA, Agilysys, Infor and Cloudbeds, as well as POS and door lock systems, and offers an open API.
