Their intel has allowed us to make better decisions and improve our operations. **What do you dislike about Hotel Report?** Minor feedback, but the system sometimes crashes and can be slow to load. This hasn't had a sizable impact on us yet, but I'm hopeful they can keep improving it. I also think the graphics could be improved, but that's minor. **What problems is Hotel Report solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hotel Report has been a fantastic find for all kinds of industry insight. It's helped us make key decisions and optimize spaces we previously struggled with. I like that you can compare many different metrics in unexpected categories against each other. ### 2.
