A range of core solutions that we offer comprises: 1. Booking Engine: drives more direct bookings to the property's website and allows hoteliers to create specials, handle multiple rooms bookings, upsell services, and much more. 2. Channel Manager: manages all the property's online inventory distribution and automatically connects rates, availability, stop sell, and more details to all the key online channels, such as Agoda, Expedia, and Booking.com. 3. Front Desk: organises the small to medium-sized property's daily operations such as booking status management, drag and drop room allocation, housekeeping module, guest account and invoice, etc. 4. Website: we provide beautifully designed and easy-to-use website templates that come with many customisable features. They are easy to update, responsive, fast-loading and optimised for conversions. 5. Smart Rate: an intelligent algorithm that allows hoteliers to monitor how OTAs are pricing their rooms versus rates that the properties are promoting via their own website. The ultimate tool to make sure the price offered by the properties are always competitive.

**What do you like best about Hotel Link Solutions?**

See my close friend and I know Hotel link solution very well best digital marketing platform. As my best friend is from a hotel management background and he was willing to start a setup at that time we went through the hotel link solution portfolio trust me they are offering a combination of all solutions like Cm, booking engine, front desk & payment management, etc in a singularity platform which can be easy to manage the workload.

**What do you dislike about Hotel Link Solutions?**

See as I have really limited exposure to this domain, hence due to that, I was shadowing this solution with my friend. Especially we liked the solution designed and the fantastic outcomes. I can only suggest increasing more scalability of your solution for the best performance.

**What problems is Hotel Link Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

See as we all know the adoption of any solution and technology is not easy, you need to work on the solution, and many times if we are adopting multiple solutions for a single need then might be resources required to engage with those solutions. But here in this case Hotel Link Solution offers us a Combination of multiple solutions in a single platform.

**What do you like best about Hotel Link Solutions?**

Hotel links makes my business efficient, I manage all my properties with a single software, my revenue keeps increasing and I keep being on top of the competition

**What do you dislike about Hotel Link Solutions?**

The only downside is the fact that I get to have internet challenges and hotel link being an online platform I dislike the fact that it cannot be used offline otherwise I love it.

**What problems is Hotel Link Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing properties isn't easy and mostly I don't have enough time to move about. Now I have hotel link I can know exactly what's happening to my properties anywhere.
