**What do you like best about Hotel Crux?**

It's super easy to learn and to work with it , It is possibility to work on different  platfrom reservation without switching screens . I love this feature a lot . I can connect with  different channels with few simple clicks where in our previous pms and channel manager we have to give them passwords for everything to continue . I feel more safe having more control of data safe and Secure

**What do you dislike about Hotel Crux?**

There is nothing to dislike with that software . Before that software i confused to manage to my hotel rooms data but after that it so simple measure all of that data . one more it need to improve the User interface . when the user comes into their platfrom its stuck to implement in that property so it needs to improve

**What problems is Hotel Crux solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is benefiting me to mange my room so i spend more time with my guest to improve their service. It also help me mange my email manual reservations, dealing with travel agencies managing beds, and other time-consuming activities. I will to going to implement this hotel crux in my new property .
