It definitely gave us a leading edge in our startegy. **What do you dislike about Hot Prospects CRM?** Because we used with our other tools, we were able to configure the other tools to support our needs better than using Propect CRM because it was not as easy to use and we faced a challenge with the way it was setup. **What problems is Hot Prospects CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used the tool to integrate into our legacy systems and to tap into our current database to be able to generate reports that we could use to understand our customer data accurately.
