It also provides a large set of data. I provides a good set of automation tools to handle things like email, voicemail drops, call followups, email replies, call routing for multiple agents, local numbers etc It's somewhat easy to get up to speed. **What do you dislike about Hot Prospector?** I'm not a fan of the user interface and ease of use, in general could use some improvements. The info provided by the software is best when prospecting small local businesses. As you get into the enterprise level, I find the data to be less reliable and more frustrating to use.
