What do you like best about Hostwinds?

I just used Hostwinds service for a weird permission problem when accessing my hosting directory. At first, I talked to a phone agent, who was very helpful, but could not determine the error from my description. He referred me to create a ticket and include some screen shots. In less than 10 minutes, an agent responded to the ticket with the answer I needed, having determined it from one of the screenshots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
