Communications with LunarPages have always been extremely easy and always very quick. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes when contacting support via their toll free phone number. Nothing at all. How can I make 40 characters if I don't have any dislikes? The only negative is that I had a couple of domains blocked from accessing my site because they were blacklisted. Support guided me in how to fix this problem and all was good in a matter of minutes. So these were not really dislikes but rather small interruptions that were easily corrected. Basic Hosting is now a waste of money for content management systems (e.g. Wordpress). I moved two clients to a different hosts after trying to work with Lunarpages to resolve so-called "high resouce management" usage for both Wordpress sites.
