At almost every step along the way, the technicians implementing the transition caused unnecessary outages and I had to spend a lot of time trying to guess what had happened and alert Lunar Pages support to it. I don't need anything fancy, but we've had no reliability nor uptime problems in 15 years of hosting with Lunarpages, and they have proven to be a stable company that you can count on to be around for the long haul - not a poorly-run business that might disappear after a few years.
