The multiple areas and individual table blocking allows for flexibility; Guest communication (transactional) is mulilingual and automated, helping the team. The website widget integrated into our website without any hickups, flawless design and performance. Their support team is outstanding in their reply time, expertise and willingness to find a solution. We whose this software as it is highly interesting in its price/value ratio for a single outlet resrtaurant. **What do you dislike about Hostme App?** In three years of using it, I haven’t found anything I dislike. **What problems is Hostme App solving and how is that benefiting you?** Taking table reservations, sending transactional emails to customers, filling up the restaurant and maintaining a database of our clients. ### 2. We have only recently started using the platform. **What problems is Hostme App solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are trying to control seating in a busy restaurant that does not do reservations. We are using it as a waitlist management system. ### 3. The description of each table on the right side was super beneficial. **What do you dislike about Hostme App?** I do not like how the differences between multiple floors are not clearly displayed. If there was something to clearly note the difference, that would be fabulous. **Recommendations to others considering Hostme App:** Definitely give it a shot! Very easy to utilize. **What problems is Hostme App solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am working on server management.
