It connects to WHMCS (or Blesta) and answers support tickets and live chat in the customer's language, using their services, domains and invoices. Unlike generic chatbots, it can check the customer's server: it diagnoses DNS, SSL, HTTP 500 errors, full disks, blocked IPs, email deliverability and WordPress or PrestaShop errors on cPanel, Plesk and DirectAdmin, and fixes common issues such as PHP versions, mailboxes or SPF/DKIM records. You stay in control: per-action permissions (off, automatic or approval required), a backup before every change, automatic rollback and a full audit log. No root password needed. EU hosted and GDPR compliant. Pay only for what the AI does, from $0.15 per reply, with no plans or monthly fees. $5 free credit, no card required.
