"Affordable, User-Friendly Hosting with Reliable Performance"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Hostinger?

What I like most about Hostinger is its combination of affordability, ease of use, and reliable performance. It provides a straightforward hosting experience without requiring extensive server administration knowledge. User-friendly hPanel that makes website and hosting management simple. The most valuable feature is the simplicity of the hosting management experience. Tasks such as deploying websites, managing databases, configuring SSL, and handling backups can be performed without deep technical expertise, which saves time and reduces operational complexity.

Competitive pricing compared to many other hosting providers.

Quick setup for WordPress and other web applications.

Good performance and uptime for small to medium-sized websites.

Easy management of domains, databases, email accounts, and SSL certificates. The biggest benefit is that it allows individuals, startups, and small businesses to launch and manage websites efficiently without investing heavily in infrastructure or server administration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hostinger?

One area where Hostinger could improve is scalability for more advanced use cases. While it's excellent for getting websites and applications online quickly, growing projects may eventually require more server-level control and customization than shared hosting plans provide. Easier migration path from shared hosting to higher-end infrastructure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Gabriela of Hostinger

Hi there, the picture you paint; SSL, databases, backups, and WordPress all handled from hPanel while you stay focused on actual development — is exactly the trade-off we want the platform to offer. Less time in server rooms, more time building; glad that's how it plays out in your day-to-day work.

Your note on scalability is well taken. Projects that outgrow shared hosting shouldn't hit a wall, and we agree the step up to Cloud or VPS plans should feel like a ramp rather than a leap. When you reach that point, our support team can help map the move so it happens with minimal disruption — and feedback like yours is shaping how we smooth that path further.

"Reliable VPS Hosting That Delivers on Its Promise for Growing Startups"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Hostinger?

The performance-to-price ratio on Hostinger's VPS plans is genuinely impressive. We've been running a logistics platform on their KVM VPS infrastructure, and the uptime has been rock-solid — consistently above 99.9%. The hPanel control panel makes server management straightforward even for non-DevOps team members, and spinning up a new VPS instance takes under a minute. Their support team is responsive and actually technical, which matters when you're dealing with production issues at odd hours. For a growing startup that needs reliable infrastructure without enterprise-level costs, Hostinger hits the right balance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hostinger?

The documentation could be more comprehensive, especially for advanced VPS configurations and custom networking setups. While hPanel covers the basics well, experienced users who need granular control sometimes find it limiting compared to more developer-focused control panels. Occasionally, support response times can vary depending on the complexity of the issue — straightforward questions get resolved quickly, but more technical escalations can take longer than expected. These are relatively minor points for the price point, but there's definitely room for improvement on the enterprise and developer experience side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Hostinger Team of Hostinger

Thank you for such a detailed and well-rounded review! Knowing that our KVM VPS infrastructure is reliably supporting a live logistics platform — and that the team can manage it without needing dedicated DevOps expertise — is exactly the kind of outcome we work hard to enable. Your feedback on documentation depth, advanced configuration flexibility, and technical escalation times is genuinely valuable; these are areas we know matter most to growing teams with real production demands. We're glad Hostinger is helping you stay focused on building your product rather than managing infrastructure, and we're committed to keep improving on the gaps you've highlighted!

"Fast, Smooth Node.js Deployments with a Clean UI and Powerful Analytics"
5/5
What do you like best about Hostinger?

I am a new Hostinger user. I have just deployed my own Node.js on Hostinger, including normal RESTful APIs and Apollo GraphQL server. Now I really like their simplified deployment process, well-oranized UI, and performance analytics tools.

Actually it took only 2~3 minutes to deploy the project, including the project configuration. Even though I am new to Hostinger, I could be easily adapt to the Hostinger hPanel environment, managing the project in one dashboard.

The most impressive stuffs what I experienced with are the project dashboard, malware & vulnerability scanner, and analytics tab where I can see key metrics related to application performance.

Initial deployment process and CI/CD for each commit were very smooth and automatic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hostinger?

One minor feedback from development perspective is that I was unable to update the root directory and Hostinger only selects the first directory as a project when there are multiple projects in one git repository. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Hostinger Team of Hostinger

Thank you for sharing such a detailed first experience — and welcome to Hostinger! Getting a Node.js app with RESTful APIs and Apollo GraphQL live in just 2–3 minutes is exactly the kind of smooth start we aim for. It's great to hear that the project dashboard, malware scanner, and analytics tools have already been making an impression. Your note on root directory configuration and multi-project repository handling is a really useful piece of developer feedback — we'll make sure it reaches the right team. Excited to see what you build next!

"Affordable, Beginner-Friendly Hosting with Fast Speeds and One-Click WordPress"
4/5
What do you like best about Hostinger?

Affordable pricing, especially for new customers. Beginner-friendly dashboard that’s easier to use than traditional cPanel for many users.

Fast website loading speeds for small and medium-sized websites. One-click installation for popular applications such as WordPress.

Free SSL certificates included with many plans.

Helpful knowledge base and tutorials. Good uptime and reliability for most users.

Website builder included in some plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hostinger?

Renewal prices are often higher than the introductory promotional rates. Some advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans. Customer support is primarily chat-based; phone support is generally not available.

Resource limits on lower-tier shared hosting plans can affect growing websites. The custom control panel may require an adjustment period if you’re accustomed to cPanel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Hostinger Team of Hostinger

Thank you for the detailed review! It's great to hear that the platform is delivering on speed, ease of use, and value for getting websites up and running. We appreciate the honest feedback on renewal rates and feature availability across plans — these are important considerations, and your input helps us continue improving. We hope to keep earning your trust as your website grows!

"Smooth and Cost-Effective Node.js Hosting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Hostinger?

I recently tried Hostinger Node.js hosting by deploying a simple Express and Next.js application, and overall the experience was quite smooth.

What stood out most was how quick and easy the deployment process was. The platform automatically detects the application type (like Express or Next.js), which removes a lot of manual setup and makes it very beginner-friendly. It’s also quite cost-effective, especially for Next.js apps, which can get expensive on platforms that rely heavily on serverless functions.

The dashboard is clean and informative, with everything you need easily accessible. I also liked the built-in file manager for quick edits, along with features like backups and CDN integration being readily available. Updating the app and redeploying changes, including environment variables, was straightforward and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hostinger?

On the downside, when it comes to more granular control over the infrastructure or advanced configurations, the platform feels a bit limited. To unlock more flexibility, it seems like you need to move to higher-tier plans, which can be a bit of a hassle depending on your use case. Additionally, the pricing for single-month plans is relatively high compared to 12- or 24-month plans, which can make short-term testing or experimentation more expensive. "Expereince of deployment of Node.js app at Hostinger"
5/5
What do you like best about Hostinger?

What I like the most about Hostinger is the deployment speed and overall performance. I used it to host a small Node.js backend and a static frontend, and the setup process was really straightforward - everything was up and running in less than an hour. I also liked that the loading speed was stable even with moderate traffic, which was important for my test project. Another nice bonus is that the subscription includes a free domain for the first year, which helps reduce initial costs when launching a project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hostinger?

The navigation on the first screen is not very intuitive. When I first started using the dashboard, it took me a while to find key sections like domain management and hosting settings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hostinger Node.js: Deployment Made Easy with GitHub Auto-Deploy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Hostinger?

The GitHub auto-deployment on Hostinger Node.js hosting is excellent, every push to main triggers an automatic redeploy instantly. The AI assistant Kodee makes onboarding conversational and intuitive. Pre-configured MERN/Node.js stack options save a lot of setup time. SSL and malware protection are included out of the box. The hPanel dashboard is clean with runtime logs, environment variables, and analytics all in one place. MongoDB Atlas connected seamlessly from Hostinger's European Node.js servers with zero issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hostinger?

Hostinger Node.js's coupon/promo code field could be clearer about which plans it applies to, I had to try multiple plan types before finding the right one. Documentation for deploying monorepo or fullstack projects on Hostinger Node.js could also be more detailed for developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable Pricing and Intuitive UI with Fast, Modern Hosting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Hostinger?

The pricing is one of the best. The UI is one of the best. It's simple to use. It's intuitive.

I have faced a problem with the support that their support is a bit slow, but they are able to solve problems whenever I go to them. It takes a bit of time, but that's okay. Their hosting is really fast, updated with the latest standards. I usually use it to host my WordPress sites and even n8n. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hostinger?

I don't like their support as they take a lot of time to answer any, even the basic, queries and their second-time pricing, as in when I have to renew the plan, they charge a lot, almost double the price of first-time charges but the plans are great for the first year. Also, I have tried their AI website builder, it did an average job; it wasn't refined, so I never tried it again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Hostinger Team of Hostinger

Hi Lalit,

It's great to hear our fast hosting and clean dashboard have made WordPress and n8n setup feel easy. We're glad the reliability and temporary site options have been useful for client work too!

Best regards,

"Fast, Helpful Kodee AI Support with an Easy DNS UI and Solid Web Builder"
4/5
What do you like best about Hostinger?

Hostinger Kodee AI support is very good, and it makes the technical work go much faster. I don’t need to edit everything manually because Kodee can do it for me, which makes things very easy. Also, if Kodee can’t solve something, it connects me to manual support, which is very fast. Offers come frequently as well. Their UI for editing DNS records is clean and very easy to use, and the web builder is very good too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hostinger?

The chat and email support is good, but I think they need to fix the call support. Also, the renewal prices are high and they should lower them. Right now, it feels like we have to buy anything for 3 to 4 years to get the best deal, so I think they should introduce better deals for 1- and 2-year plans as well. "Simple and Cost-Effective Node.js Hosting"
5/5
What do you like best about Hostinger?

What I liked most about Hostinger was how much it simplified Node.js deployment. As a full-stack developer, I usually deploy Node.js apps manually with Nginx, PM2, SSL, environment variables, and sometimes custom CI/CD, so I could clearly see the difference. With Hostinger, I could deploy through ZIP upload or GitHub integration, and the GitHub flow saved me from setting up a separate CI/CD pipeline.

hPanel was clean and easy to use for managing the project, environment variables, and hosting settings. The onboarding experience also felt straightforward because most of the Node.js hosting settings were easy to find, and AI Kodee was helpful when I needed guidance or ran into build/deployment questions.

From a performance perspective, the deployed Node.js apps ran smoothly after setup, and WebSocket support worked with much less configuration than my usual manual Nginx reverse proxy setup. I also liked the npm vulnerability email alert, which helped me notice and verify a dependency issue quickly. For small to medium Node.js apps, the pricing feels cost-effective compared with the time needed to set everything up manually on a VPS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hostinger?

The main thing I would improve is backend observability for Node.js apps. The app ran smoothly after deployment, but when something goes wrong, log monitoring and debugging are not as detailed as what I can get from a VPS or AWS setup where I control PM2, Nginx, server logs, and monitoring tools directly.

Build time can also feel a bit slow, especially when redeploying after small changes. It is not a major issue for small projects, but for active development it would be better if the build/deploy feedback loop were faster.

I also think Hostinger Node.js Hosting is better suited for small to medium applications. For larger production systems that need load balancing, advanced monitoring, custom infrastructure, or more control over scaling, I would still prefer a VPS or cloud setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Gabriela of Hostinger

Hi Khanh, coming from someone who normally wires up Nginx, PM2, SSL, and CI/CD by hand, this means a lot — that's exactly the setup work the GitHub flow and ZIP deploy were built to absorb. Great to hear WebSockets behaved without the usual reverse-proxy dance, and that Kodee and the npm vulnerability alerts earned their keep along the way.

Your improvement points are fair ones. Deeper log access and debugging detail is the most common ask from developers on Node.js hosting, and it's on our product team's radar — as is tightening the build loop so small changes redeploy faster. Notes this specific genuinely help prioritize both.

For now, we're glad the platform fits your small-to-medium projects well — and we'd be happy to see your next one go live with us.
