The best thing about Hostinger is that they have great customer service, their agents give answers on short notice even with the cheapest hosting plan.

The pricing is more than competitive.

The service is easy to use and offers a wide range of features. 

Even the cheapest hosting plan is fast enough to receive great marks from Google Lighthouse.

Renewals cost more than first purchases. I think loyal customers should be rewarded.

All it requires is just purchase and add domain
Making or uploading a site is very easy with the ftp
I really love the hpanek which is easy to use

Nothing is there to dislike except it being so damn perfect 
I was going to get a cpanel hosting but after I researched about hpanel I wanted to try it out and I was blown away.

We've been using another web hosting package for five or six years, the customer support has been okay, but I decided to look around for a different provider.
From the moment I spoke to hostinger I knew I'd made the right decision. 
The online chat was simple and helpful, he quickly answered all my questions and suggested a product that would suit us perfectly

The current website migration is 3 to 4 days

Hostinger will eventually provide all of the services we need to successfully run our business and online shop.

Great pricing. Really nice interface for managin the sites. The support team is available 24/7 which is good too. CDN capabilities are also a plus. It's also good that they will migrate a site for you.

**What do you dislike about Hostinger?**

They are not geared for an agency at all. There is no concept that as an agency, my sites are my client sites and they are my customers, not hostingers or titan's. the titan email is awful. Titan directly commuincate with each and every email address I setup as if my clients were their direct customer. They also do this without any opt in which is a major breach of GDPR. I reported this to them and got no reply. If I had known that hostinger user a 3rd party company for emaiuls in this fashion I would not have migrated here. Migrating emails over has also been a huge issue. First several ones worked fine, but then none worked. Instead of trying to identify and fix the issue they just shrug their shoulders and offer the most ridicilous "solutions" like me have to create a pst file in outlook for each of my customer email address and then send them the pst file to upload. Outrageous. They also don't offer any centralised method of updating multiple sites and amnging updates and creating reports that can be sent to end users.

Much better pricing than my previous setup. They also supposedly manage the backend server side of things so I don't have that headache to deal with, but the jury is out on whether that is the case or not.

**What do you like best about Hostinger?**

There's very, very little downtime and pretty good load speeds. There's a decent amount of features available for the price. If you don't run into issues and are just running a website this might be okay.

**What do you dislike about Hostinger?**

Customer support generally just links to articles with uncaptioned youtube videos. As a HoH person it's basically pointless. Customer support will often not read your full issue or will not read previous e-mails about your issue. They're pretty fast to respond, but it takes a while to find anyone that can actually help or bothers to read the issue. You HAVE to "thumbs down" their support to get additional help after they link you an article that's not relevant to your issue.

You should have some level of knowledge of running a website when going in. Things fail (my mailserver went down) and you need to know the questions to ask to get them resolved or you're trapped in the nightmare of reading articles only to realize they're not relevant. You're then trapped in the customer support nightmare above. I don't know if things aren't being monitored carefully or if it was just a freak thing, but definitely be prepared to have some outside knowledge.

Titan e-mail is pointless. You constantly have to clear the cache to see new e-mails. Their support also just links you to articles. At least it's free, but I'm not sure it's even worth that if you're not getting your email without contacting support.

Their management portal takes a while to load and sometimes you need to refresh it to stop it from hanging. Things are weirdly grouped together and it's often difficult to find what you need. There are advertisements EVERYWHERE for upgrading your plan and giving them feedback. I will get a "please give us feedback" notification on my screen multiple times per day. Trying to get to customer service is tedious on its own. What you're allowed to use of their resources is confusing if you don't understand a lot of it.

I notice the first time I've been invited to publicly give feedback is when I finally left a positive review. Cool cool cool.

Again, when there's no issues it's great, but when there are issues it'll take me at least an hour, often longer, wading through customer support to get it solved.

I still might renew with Hostinger since when there are no issues it runs smoothly, but I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Fast and stable web hosting at a decent enough price on sale. We'll see what the renewal cost is though.

Coming from Godaddy and a few others in the past, I found Hostinger to be the best in terms of customer support and service response, even to major outages. Not only are they quick to make the initial reply, they are also quick to suggest remedies.

**What do you dislike about Hostinger?**

I don't dislike anything, my only slightly negative comment is that their servers are a bit particular when connecting using ExpressVPN. Occasionally, a 403 error is returned when I try logging into my websites via ExpressVPN. I'm leaving ExpressVPN because of similar issues with other websites.

**What problems is Hostinger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hostinger helped solve a few DNS configuration issues and were very helpful in configuring MX, SPF and DKIM. This alone helped prevent my emails being labelled as spam.

I believe the best thing about Hostinger is how much effort they put in to not only protecting their customers, but protecting netizens in general. It's easier for me believe in the good faith of tools and services hosted or registered within their platform because I understand how dedicated they are to resolving security and other issues.

I don't honestly believe there are any downsides to choosing Hostinger. They are a great company who I don't believe cuts corners to maximize profitability. They have a clear mission statement and execute effectively.

Hostinger has been at the forefront of fighting abuse and fraud on the internet. This benefits me by allowing me to accomplish my goals when I visit resources within their service boundaries and lowering the probability that I may be compromised or experience some form of fraud when visiting.

Hostinger interface and ease of use is just amazing. I love how easy and intuitive it is to do just about any task under my account. Also the price tag is a great deal and such a huge value for money. They run discount codes all the time so I took the 5-year plan at a very good price.

**What do you dislike about Hostinger?**

I didn't find any major negative aspects to nag about.  One little issue I had is just the absence of being able to configure a masked 301 domain redirect. Other than this, nothing.

Sometimes my website get down for few Sec but I don't think this is the issue from Hostinger. Overall the experience is good as of now since the time I am using their services.

The customer service has been fabulous. They answered all the questions I had before signing up, and provide the cheepest service I can find. It's been a great experince so far!

It could be made a tiny bit clearer about renewals, and how if you get a 4 year plan it renews for $8 a month for another 4 year plan. I'm not sure how to explain it and I think everyone else understands it clearly, but I'm horrible at maths so I had to email for help haha! Luckily the customer service was amazing and cleared it up for me really quickly :)

I wanted to move from Squarespace to Wordpress because it's so much cheeper and has more customisable options. Hostinger has helped me do that - I've paid less for 4 years of hosting than I do for 1 year of Squarespace! I also have the option to host some blogs for my friends, with is lovely and really fun.

Their hPanel is very user-friendly and easy to navigate.  Mosty of the time if there is something I am not sure how to do, I can find an article all about it in their support section.  If I can't find a solution I just hop on the live chat and someone is there to help.

The only downside for me is that there is no phone support.  However, their Live Chat support has solved every issue that I have had, so I really can't complain.  :)

I started an eCommerce store.  My previous shared hosting web hosts were just so slow.  I even tried a few low-end VPSs.  No matter what I did I just wasn't getting the performance I was looking for.  I moved to Hostinger because their speed reviews were good, and also their prices were affordable.  With Hostinger's faster servers, their built-in caching, and now with their built-in CDN, my website loads faster than it ever has.

Hostinger uses a great, yet simplefied selection of plans. All are currently available with wordpress CMS for easy site building. All are also for a great starting deal!

I have some difficulties understanding display functions and intergrations in my Hpanel. This might be because I am not very tech savvy and I usualy work on marketing and SEO/SEA base instead of front-end. The customer service is great so this helps me understand functions easier.

I migrated my voiceover website from a well-known provider to Hostinger in summer 2022. Finally taking the time to do a price comparison, I realised I was wasting quite a lot of money with my existing host. Hostinger's dashboard is far more intuitive and the entire site easily navigable. 
On the couple of occasions I've required support in one way or another, it's been rapid, helpful, friendly and effective.

**What do you dislike about Hostinger?**

The initial migration from previous host to new host, using the built-in migration tool, didn't work. I couldn't pinpoint why, and from memory I think it may have been more to do with my previous host's set-up than Hostinger's. So, I had to rebuild it using a backup. Otherwise, there's nothing I can (yet) fault.

Hostinger solves the need for a single source for my website hosting - as you'd hope any host would - but the way in which information and options are available certainly beat my experiences elsewhere.

Hostinger makes it simple to do anything a webmaster need to do, unline other hosting companies, some are less messy, and some are a nightmare, but none of them s near Hostinger.

Sometimes affiliate leads I direct to Hostinger are missed in earnings. But still, I can't think about not recommending Hostinger to my clients as it is the best for me as a web developer and my clients.

**What do you like best about Hostinger?**

It provides the plan of free domain and shared hosting ant very reasonable rates. The UI for the hpanel in hostinger is very easy for user to use. The support from hostinger is also  awesome

**What do you dislike about Hostinger?**

Hostinger provides the reasonable price for Hosting services but If we purchase for at least 2-3 years then only they provides the reasonable prices. It's little bit disappointing

**What problems is Hostinger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed the reliable and reasonable shared hosting provider. Hostinger provided the free domain with shared hosting and resolved our issue for hosting. We have deployed our website easily on hpanel
