I don’t need to edit everything manually because Kodee can do it for me, which makes things very easy. Also, if Kodee can’t solve something, it connects me to manual support, which is very fast. Offers come frequently as well. Their UI for editing DNS records is clean and very easy to use, and the web builder is very good too. **What do you dislike about Hostinger?** The chat and email support is good, but I think they need to fix the call support. Also, the renewal prices are high and they should lower them. Right now, it feels like we have to buy anything for 3 to 4 years to get the best deal, so I think they should introduce better deals for 1- and 2-year plans as well. **What problems is Hostinger solving and how is that benefiting you?** This web builder allows me to build a website, and the domain prices are reasonable. The hosting and web builder plans are also lower than others, and the basic web builder is free with a domain. The automatic SEO is very good as well. However, many renewal prices are high, and the 1- to 2-year prices are also high. Make you work through an AI bot. They have the worlds dumbest migration policy. If you have a site and want to migrate to them they make you move to their DNS for CDN, but the worse part is that they do not let you add or import any records into their name servers before moving. This means that when you change your name servers to point to theirs you will be down. What is even worse is that they make you wait for full propagation across the Internet BEFORE they let you add any records. So you maybe be down for 48 hours while they propagate (2 full days!). I have NO idea how they are in business with dumb policies like this, every other hosting provider and DNS provider and BEST PRACTICE allows you to have all your record BEFORE you change your name server on the new system. Outages, if any, are minimal. Hard to understand why anyone would design something so stupid, and yes this is a design, not a technical limitation. Someone at Hostinger had to be intentionally stupid to force something that would other wise take seconds and could be done BEFORE migration. Run away, who knows what other dumb decisions they are making. Update 9/20/25 : Thank you for the public response that clearly shows you don't understand the problem, sad. Allowing customers to add records to a name server can be done at anytime, regardless of propagation. This is just a choice from Hostinger, a dumb one, but yet a choice.
