Hostfinn is a property management system (PMS) for short-term rental hosts, co-hosts, and long-term landlords. We built it in Spain because we manage rentals ourselves and couldn’t find a tool that handled the whole job without stitching five apps together. What Hostfinn does • One calendar for all your channels: Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo sync automatically via iCal, alongside your direct bookings, with overbooking detection • Guest management: every reservation gets a guest record, searchable and grouped by property • Income and expense tracking per property, with clear reports • Owner statements with commission splits, for co-hosts and managers who run properties on behalf of owners • SES.Hospedajes guest registration, built for Spanish regulations • Spain-compliant invoicing, including Verifactu • Tools for long-term rentals and tenants, not just holiday lets Who it’s for Independent hosts, co-hosts who manage properties for others, small property management companies, and landlords with long-term tenants. Why Hostfinn Straightforward pricing, no long contracts, and a product shaped by people who deal with check-ins, owners, and paperwork every week. Available in English, Spanish, and Romanian.
