HOSTELELLA is an AI-assisted operations platform for restaurants, bars, cafes and hotels. It brings together supplier orders, purchases, invoices and delivery notes, inventory counts, staff scheduling, clock-in, team chat, sales and expenses. Ella helps extract data from documents, prepare rotas and answer business questions using information permitted by each user's role. The app works on the web, iPhone and Android, and supports multiple venues. Its three monthly plans share the same core features, with different AI usage limits. Prices start at EUR 9.99 + VAT per venue per month, with a first 7-day Ella Pro trial without a card. HOSTELELLA is not a hotel PMS or a replacement for a restaurant POS.
