**What do you like best about Hostek?**

Hostek has pretty good customer support, especially during the new account setup.  They quickly addressed any issues, even things that were outside the immediate scope of the service they provide.

**What do you dislike about Hostek?**

When I first opened an account, there was an issue with the sites being created on the wrong server.  They did quickly fix the issue so at this point, there is not anything negative I can say.

**What problems is Hostek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a quality ColdFusion reseller offering.  I did not need a dedicated server but did need a step up from standard hosting.  This was a good fit.
