What do you like best about Hosted PBX Business Phone System?

I really found the Hosted PBX Business Phone System to be good. The outbound calling service is excellent, and there are many other good services that I like. Their team is very fast, which is one of the best things. They are quick to respond, fixing problems promptly, and their team will even hop on a Google Meet to help solve any issues. The initial setup was quite easy, and the team assisted me clearly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hosted PBX Business Phone System?

I like that the Hosted PBX Business Phone System is easy to access. The Teams integration provides a seamless experience, and there is no need to use a prefix when calling, except for the country code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hosted PBX Business Phone System?

There's a lot of room for improvement, like the necessity of using prefixes such as 011. Also, I wish the balance was displayed upfront and that there was better integration with Teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that the Hosted PBX Business Phone System is easy to use and has a simple dashboard. The customer support is great; whenever we need help, the AANCALL team assists us promptly. I also appreciate how the high call rate and disconnection issues were resolved. Plus, the initial setup was very easy; it was just about installing the app and logging in with credentials.
