Hosted Graphite has genuinely transformed the way our team handles monitoring and metrics. The setup was surprisingly straightforward, and within minutes we were already seeing our data visualized in beautiful, easy-to-read dashboards. The platform is incredibly fast and reliable, and I cannot remember the last time we experienced any downtime. The alerting system is top-notch and has saved us from countless potential outages. On top of all that, the customer support team is outstanding. Every time I have reached out, I get a real, knowledgeable person who actually understands our use case and helps us solve problems quickly. Honestly, it is very hard to find anything meaningful to complain about. If I had to pick something minor, I would say that the sheer number of features can feel a little overwhelming at first. But that is really just a sign of how powerful the platform is. Once you spend a bit of time exploring everything it can do, it all clicks and you realize the depth is a feature, not a flaw. Before Hosted Graphite, we were piecing together multiple tools just to get a basic picture of our infrastructure health. Now everything lives in one place and the visibility we have is incredible. We can catch performance bottlenecks before they affect our users, and our on-call team spends far less time firefighting. The business impact has been real and measurable. Our Support engineer Benjamin doesn't just offer surface-level answers; he takes the time to understand the issue thoroughly, investigate deeply, and follow through with meaningful solutions. He takes ownership of the issue and stay engaged until the matter is fully resolved, which has given me great confidence in their service. This kind of commitment is rare and truly appreciated. The easiest way for DevOps to incorporate kubernetes without having to suffer a paradigm shift away from using Graphite. Prometheus, while academically good, forces security worst practices which were unacceptable for us as a SOC2 compliant organisation. Graphite is battle proven and already integrated, so Hosted Graphite allowed us to do what we needed to do without moving the sea. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Hosted Graphite? The UI/UX is a bit disjointed to start with. Hosted Graphite allowed us to turn the endless data into human readable and actionable information. Offers great hosting service, Hosted graphite is quite easy to use, highly secure, I like how they offer the trial version for you to evaluate if you can benefit from this solution. In terms of setting it up is quite easy fewer registration details and pricing extremely flexible. It provide custom filters for the inbound metrics. Fantastic platform.
