Over the few calls we have had, we connected very well, and to say the least, she is very knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and a pleasure to work with. Bryann, my onboarding specialist, has been amazing, making the initial setup very easy and seamless. His patience in teaching me about all the technological things I don't usually understand has been extremely valuable. I find the automatic messaging feature wonderful, and the locks feature is fantastic. What do you dislike about Hostaway? The pricing dynamic is absolutely terrible. I would like to see a better pricing software. It's not really a pricing software at all.
