It will take some time to get comfortable using the platform. **What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you?** makes managing our short-term rentals more efficient and increase our bookings and revenue. ### 2. Customer service takes to long to answer and you have too many representatives dealing with the same issue and you have to repeat again and again what the problem iswhich turns this very annoying. Nonone speaks your native language. **What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you?** Customer service after the onboarding. total disaster and never gor a reoply from all the meails I sent to the sales and VP dept. ### 3. Some of the features are good. **What do you dislike about Hostaway?** Not easy to contact the support staff. No direct contact number. Very difficult to get in touch with them in an emergency.
