I used the shared hosting (Speed Reaper) plan and the performance is much better than the popular competitors like Cloudways and Hostinger. It's very fast even for WooCommerce site. Support has always been responsive and helpful whenever I need them. They use cPanel which is very easy to use and most people are already familiar with.
