**What do you like best about Host PMS?**

Host PMS is a very complete PMS with a ton of integrations. It's easy to use in every department and fulfils the hotels' needs. Operation is very satisfied since using this PMS and so does management and upper management. Also, since it became cloud based, we are able to use it everywhere which is a big plus!

**What do you dislike about Host PMS?**

None that's I can remember. I believe every aspect of this software fulfils my needs.

**What problems is Host PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since we use Host PMS everything became organized which makes our busy workdays a little bit easier.
