Hosqi is a customer conversation workspace for small businesses and growing teams. It brings connected WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and Telegram conversations into one shared inbox so teams can organize requests, assign teammates, add internal notes, and follow up with context. The visual no-code workflow builder helps teams automate common conversations, route requests, answer questions using approved business knowledge, collect information, and hand a conversation to a person when needed. Business knowledge can be added from text, files, and web pages. Workflows can include appointment booking with Google Calendar and CRM actions. The built-in CRM helps teams manage contacts, leads, deals, and follow-ups. Higher plans add a bookings page, analytics, and larger team and automation limits. Hosqi is suited to customer support, sales inquiries, service businesses, clinics, beauty salons, and online stores that want to connect conversations with their next action. For example, a service team can organize incoming requests, answer questions about opening hours or services, collect booking details, and route the conversation to the right teammate. Sales teams can connect an inquiry to a contact or CRM opportunity, while support teams can keep notes and ownership in the same workspace. Teams can build from templates, test workflow behavior in simulation, and keep a person available for conversations that need individual attention. The product interface and support are available in English and Armenian. The public website is available in English, Armenian, and Hebrew. Plans start at $10 per month with a 7-day trial and no card required. Feature availability depends on the selected plan; connected channels remain subject to their platform rules and fees.
