What do you like best about Hospitable.com?

It's SUPER easy to use, has just the right amount features, without anything I don't really need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?

There's nothing I necessarily dislike, although it would be nice if there was a simple way to create owner statements through the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hospitable.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have a lot of auto messages that get delivered directly to the guests in their Airbnb and VRBO app, and I'm able to store my canned responses, which makes all communication super easy. I'm able to minimize or completely prevent double bookings. I'm able to view all listings (have 17 now) and a good amount of reservations on the same screen, so checking availability or occupancy is easy, and I click on a reservation and jump straight into the conversation easy as well. I'm able to export all reservation and revenue data easily into one spreadsheet without needing to adjust column filters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hospitable.com?

Hospitable helps provide excellent service to my guests, and they have a wonderful customer service team as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?

Their App is a little slow and clunky. Airbnb has a much faster and smooth interface, but hospitable features are better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hospitable.com?

It's very flexible and was built with STR hosts real needs in mind. The built-in templates are great but I have built a few new ones which was easy too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?

The iOS app does log me out pretty regularly, but it is compatible with the saved passwords in iOS so getting in again is easy. I don't like having to wait until a guest checks out to mark as a bad review, I usually have to set a reminder to myself so I don't forget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hospitable.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Communication with guests before, during, and after a stay is critical to avoid confusion, unnecessary questions, and reassure guests about our high level of customer service. I'm a busy person with ADHD and relying on my memory to send messages is a recipe for disaster, Hospitable takes that burden off my back and lets me focus on the exceptions when my attention really is needed. What do you like best about Hospitable.com?

What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?

That I don't see more bookings and higher nightly rates. The only other thing I could think of is a way to incorporate expenses, taxes etc. to more easily get to a net payout figure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hospitable.com?

The Metrics reports are a LIFESAVER!!! One location to change nightly rates across platforms/ calendar view for all props/ direct book site has been super... very easy to use, I was able to figure out everything on my own for all 14 homes, so-far so good! / guest relations messaging templates are easy to set up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?

Would love faster response time to questions or issues

Customer support is great, the workshops are awesome, tight-knit community, and conversing with guests is simple. Overall an amazing brand and product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?

A couple of items:

VRBO and Booking.com connections are not the best. Our market is not big for booking.com so I have just stopped trying.

The direct booking website configuration lacks what others provide, especially the payment feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app was difficult to download. It was not available on the app store for a while so I was only able to use the desktop - very annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
