A drag-to-book tool with color-coded indicators simplifies occupancy management, while core modules handle bookings, check-ins, billing, and guest folios. The system generates invoices, tracks income/expenses, and produces reports in PDF and Excel formats. Housekeeping features include checklists with alerts for unsigned rooms, and staff management assigns roles with permission controls. Inventory tracking monitors items and maintenance. Guest privacy is ensured by deleting ID images seven days post-checkout. Powered by Google Cloud, it remains functional during brief connectivity issues.
