I like Hornetsecurity because it provides plenty of usable phishing templates. Honestly, the biggest thing is how easy it is to just skip through the videos without really watching them. When you're busy, it's tempting to just click through and get it done. It would be better if the content was a bit harder to skip so people actually absorb it. Longer modules with enforced viewing would go a long way in making the training really stick. On top of the skipping issue, I think the videos could just be a little longer and more in-depth. I like that the Hornetsecurity Security Awareness Service can work automatically, so as an admin you don't have to set much for everything to work. The scalability is also a big plus. It's great that you can onboard both small and large companies, and since we are almost Gold Partners with Hornetsecurity, we are proud to sell the products. It is helpful for training our employees, especially those who are older and not so familiar. Additionally, we receive automated learning materials and good videos from Hornet, which helps us implement the NIS2 rule, which is really a very good thing. The learnings could be a bit longer, including the videos, so that one can perceive it better. Sometimes you can simply skip the videos and complete the course, even though you haven't viewed everything yet. This leads to laziness because you want to click through everything quickly, sometimes when you have little patience.
