What do you like best about Hornetsecurity Security Awareness Service?

Healthcare workers are busy and anything that feels like extra homework get ignored. The microlearning format kept modules short enough that people were actually finishing them. We ran pilot across three clinic sites and completion rates were better than anything we saw before. Being able to schedule phishing simulations separately per site also helped and each location has different staff and different risk profile. We had real inconsistency across sites, some locations had done training, others had nothing documented for over a year. Hornetsecurity gave us one place to track all of it. First time i could go into meeting with our privacy officer and show actual picture of where we stood. Staff also started flagging suspicious emails to IT on their own. What do you like best about Hornetsecurity Security Awareness Service?

We had employees clicking suspicious links even after manual IT warnings and no real data on who was at risk. Admin dashboard feels cluttered when you are setting up new campaign and checking ongoing ones at same time. Finding certain settings took longer than it should. Reporting filters are also limited. Before this security awareness meant sending a PDF. No proof anyone read it. Going into GDPR audit last year i could show auditors actual completion data, simulation results, remediation activity. That was different from before. Helpdesk tickets for suspicious email reports also went up which sounds bad but it means people are actually flagging things now.
