The videos and learning materials are easy to follow, and the service works on its own, which is great for someone like me who isn't super technical. On top of the skipping issue, I think the videos could just be a little longer and more in-depth. I like that the Hornetsecurity Security Awareness Service can work automatically, so as an admin you don't have to set much for everything to work. The scalability is also a big plus. It's great that you can onboard both small and large companies, and since we are almost Gold Partners with Hornetsecurity, we are proud to sell the products. It is helpful for training our employees, especially those who are older and not so familiar. Sometimes you can simply skip the videos and complete the course, even though you haven't viewed everything yet. This leads to laziness because you want to click through everything quickly, sometimes when you have little patience.
