What do you like best about Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection?

Protection is transparent and does not interfere with clients email communication. Does send a report every day, week, or month, depending on what you need. Sends report to every mailbox to show them their quarantine, blocked emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection?

Configuration was a mess; the setup guide is not up-to-date and sadly not accurate. Support was long to react, so my client lost 2 hours of email. Support needs to be more responsive in those type of situation and react quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection?

Instead of emails coming into my email client, I only get what is good. Then I review the listings twice a day and many times there are no emails in the list to accept. Saves me time and protects me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection?

Recommendations to others considering Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection:

As a small business owner, I don't have an IT department. Making sure the emails I receive are safe and also decreasing the amount of emails I get has helped a lot. Hornetsecurity did all the setup with my domains and had a good onboarding process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection solving and how is that benefiting you?

Decreasing the number of emails coming in and also the security knowing that emails with viruses or phishing are not coming in.

"Hornetsecurity just works"

I've used Hornetsecurity for awhile now. I'll be honest, once I moved to their Total Protection for Office 365, I haven't accessed the control panel much. Nothing has gone through, I can release an email easily from the report and it just works. I actually just looked at all of the HTML5 overhauls they've done and the UI looks much cleaner and sleeker than before! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection?

Implementation was very easy. It took just a few moments and almost no tweaking involved during the initial setup. It has been very effective against threats against my domain! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection?

It used to have some flash elements when I first signed up. Since then, it has been completely overhauled to HTML5 but I think I'll need a crash course on some of the updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Total Protection 365 is such a nice protect. If you're on Office 365, it is such a seamless setup that you should try it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Office 365 Business Premium does not do a great job in protection. For a few dollars a month I have enterprise-grade protection for my domain. The same level of protection of multibillion-dollar companies I have for my small side startup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive email security feature upgrade for Office 365"

Describe the project or task Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection helped with:

Hornet Security helped us implement a comprehensive email security software that is cloud based and improves the protection capabilities for our customer's mail servers. We've only been using Hornet for a couple months and have already rolled this out at a couple of very happy clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection?

I like that it includes all the email management tools that you need in one console: Filtering, Encryption, Signature/Disclaimer, ATP, Continuity and Archiving. I also love the single-sign on with O365 and the sync with Azure AD Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection?

The new HTML5 control panel is not available yet for all parts of the admin interface. Onboarding documentation was missing some important details that are critical for a successful deployment. The email signature management could also use a bit of an upgrade as it is a little bit clunky to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
