With Hornetsecurity i can eas Manage systems for a media production unit, and we rely on Microsoft 365 (Sharepoint+Outlook). The permission manager feature is genuinely useful to handling who has access to shared folders is faster and much more straightforward now. The interface text could be cleaner overall. Some of the wording feels a bit off, and it can cause minor confusion when onboarding new team members. In the past, we’ve had cases where phishing links were clicked, and that has gone down now. Hornetsecurity 365 spam filtering alone made a noticeable difference we hardely see junk emails anymore. I didn’t expect to rely on the backup feature much, but it has actually become one of the most useful parts. The AI analysis is strong enough that I use it often to gauge the risk of emails without having to read through everything, which is practical. We’ve restored files and emails a few times without needing to escalate to IT. It also integrates smoothly with Teams and ShatePoint, so everything stays within the same ecosystem. What I like best about Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection is how reliable it is at keeping our email secure. There is not much to dislike overall. If I had to point something out, the interface can sometimes feel like it requires a few extra clicks to get where you want to go.
