I am most impressed with SingleHop for the quality of their technology and their ability to manage it, as well as their customer service and support. Their excellent and responsive technical support allows me to be more responsive with my customers when a server issue does arise (which has been rare to date). Something I like is that SingleHop sends emails alerting of any maintenance of equipment, connections, or software that they schedule. We have had 100% uptime hosting customer accounts with faster connection speed than in our office. I have never encountered so many problems with small careless mistakes from any other hosting company as I have from SingleHop. It is my #1 hestancy when suggesting SingleHop to my clients.
