**What do you like best about Horcrux?**

With Horcrux, It was easy for me to link my other email accounts and make regular backups to be done. That way, if one company hosting my emails has an outage, I have my emails stored with another company.

**What do you dislike about Horcrux?**

The user interface is not very friendly, and in their search for certain e-mails within backups it became quite cumbersome.

**What problems is Horcrux solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Horcrux is specifically focused on the anxiety of losing emails because of the server crashes or any problems with accounts. Making copies on different clouds is a master plan and also my e-mails have to be secure.
