Horaxis Enterprise is a procurement risk intelligence platform designed for manufacturers who manage complex supplier networks through SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP systems. The platform connects to the organization's ERP via OData and applies machine learning to predict which purchase order deliveries will arrive late, up to 14 days before the expected delivery date. Each prediction includes a probability score and confidence level, updated automatically with every ERP synchronization cycle. When a delay is identified, Horaxis traces the impact through the bill of materials (BOM) structure to determine which finished goods, production orders, and customer commitments are affected. This allows procurement and planning teams to take corrective action before delays reach the production line. Key capabilities include: Delivery delay prediction with probability scoring and automatic ERP sync Order risk analysis that maps supplier delays to affected customer orders and calculates value at risk Supplier performance scorecards tracking on-time delivery rates, lead time trends, and reliability scores Supplier collaboration portal where suppliers confirm or update delivery dates through secure, tokenized links without requiring account registration Procurement intelligence including spend analytics, price deviation detection, duplicate supplier identification, and invoice three-way matching Additional features cover inventory management with stockout and excess inventory alerts, advance shipment notice tracking, contract management, blanket purchase order support, and external risk monitoring for commodity prices, weather events, and port disruptions. The platform is deployed on the customer's own infrastructure using Docker containers. No data leaves the customer's network. It supports multi-company and multi-plant configurations with role-based access control, segregation of duties, and full audit trail logging of all user actions.
