We've recently started using Horangi warden to gain security insights on our AWS infra. And no doubt, it's an amazing platform. It has shown some pretty valuable findings. I haven't found something as such to be disliking about the platform. Since I've been on this platform for not over a month, it's been good so far. I faced an issue the first time I signed in on the platform. I was being shown a blank page that seemed to be solved after a browser restart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system itself needs to be more flexible in giving customers access to the several features to make changes on their own rather than request it from the customer support team. Warden has filtering options to filter by account, region, severity, or service type, which makes it very easy to look at the services that you are concerned about and drill down on the finer details. Remediation actions are also quite helpful to identify what actions need to be taken to fix the alerts. One-click remediation makes solving the majority of issues trivial, and the frequent addition of rules keeps us at the cutting edge of best practices. The UI itself is easy to navigate and use. Most importantly though - Horangi's customer service is exceptional. They are always willing to hear feedback, provide support, or discuss feature requests in their roadmap.
