I dislike that you have to make sure to set up your program a couple of days in advance, so the funds will be available; there was an instance where I tried to set it up the same day, and then the attendees had to wait until the day after our party to use their credit because the account didn't have available funds yet. I had some issues with Hoppier adding more cards than I needed and then I asked them to refund me. I am not sure if my predecessor signed us up for a renewal or if the company just assumed we needed the same amount this year as we did last year.
