HoPosto is a free-forever booking and scheduling software for appointment-based businesses: hair salons, barbers, beauty centers, gyms, sports courts, clinics, studios and workshops. The calendar handles multiple staff members and stations with unlimited appointments, at no cost. With online booking, clients book on their own 24/7 and receive reminders 24 hours and 4 hours before the appointment. When someone cancels, the slot is automatically offered to the waitlist. Smart Booking suggests the time slots closest to existing appointments first, keeping the schedule compact and free of gaps. Automatic return reminders notify each client a few days before their usual next visit. HoPosto is also a local city app: people who open it see nearby businesses on a map with free time slots and Flash Sale discounts, so businesses get new clients without paying commissions. Key features: multi-staff calendar, 24/7 online booking, email and push reminders, automatic waitlist, Smart Booking, client return reminders, optional deposits, no-show protection, session packages, QR check-in, Flash Sales, business showcase with photos and price list, import your existing schedule from a photo, data export. Pricing: the scheduling software is free forever. Online booking is free for 3 months, then from €4.95/month. Zero commissions, no contract, no credit card required. Available in Italian on Android, iPhone and web.
