It combines machine and production data to show machine states, running orders, OEE and production losses in one place. Downtime events are captured automatically and can be enriched with reason codes for root-cause analysis, while dashboards and alerts help teams react faster and focus improvement efforts. Machine data can be collected through hopit Edge from PLCs, CNC controllers and other equipment using technologies such as OPC UA, Siemens S7, Siemens SINUMERIK, Beckhoff ADS/TwinCAT, Modbus and MQTT. The result is a reliable, structured production data foundation for continuous improvement, reporting, analytics and AI applications.
