After 100 days of marketing via our ads, they advised us to pause and pivot, which we have. They could have easily thrown out good money after bad to earn their commission but they didn’t. Hop tried numerous B2C approaches and drive traffic, but conversions were difficult. We learned that our product is too complicated and time consuming for this sales modality. All stakeholders at our company are kept up-to-date about what they're working on, problems they're facing, and progress they're making. This is extremely helpful in any circumstance, but especially given that I work with Hop Online remotely.
