## About Hootsuite
Most teams are still working with tools and workflows built for a different time — dashboards, approvals, and disconnected systems that slow them down. Many have added AI, but haven’t changed how work gets done. Social moves too fast for that. It’s why we rebuilt Hootsuite with AI as a foundation, not a feature. Hootsuite Social OS helps teams go from reacting after the moment has passed to acting in real time with AI that makes it as easy as chat. That’s how we’re transforming the way teams move, decide, and grow. Less time navigating software. More time acting on ideas. That’s the future we’re building. --- Hootsuite Social OS gives marketing, communications, and insights teams a connected system to detect what's shaping their brand in real time, understand what it means, and coordinate action across the organization before the window of opportunity closes. Hootsuite Social OS is a strong fit for marketing, communications, brand, and social strategy teams that need social intelligence connected directly to execution across the business, not another listening dashboard to monitor in isolation — so they can move at the speed of social and stay ahead. Hootsuite Key Features \> Real-time social intelligence: Lumen helps you detect the signals shaping your market, from brand perception and emerging trends to competitive moves and consumer shifts, surfacing the insights that matter and helping you act on them before the window of opportunity closes. \> Conversational AI orchestration layer: Ask Wisdom questions in plain language and get cited, actionable answers grounded in your live social data, brand context, and historical performance. And it’s all as easy at chat. \> Connected publishing and planning: With Perch, you can turn insights into scheduled or published content in minutes — without switching tabs or losing context. Unified customer care: Manage comments, messages, and mentions across channels in one place through Nest, with AI-assisted responses and workflow routing. \> Employee advocacy: Turn your most trusted voices — your people — into brand ambassadors. Parliament enables them to easily share on-brand content with their own networks to extend reach and reduce paid media dependency. MCP connectors for Lumen, Perch, and Nest bring Hootsuite Social OS capabilities into the AI tools teams already use, including Claude and ChatGPT. So teams can draft, schedule, publish, engage, and measure across all their channels via Hootsuite without spending every day in a dashboard, calendar, or compose box.

## Hootsuite Reviews
 ### 1. Streamlined Social Media Management, Perfect for Small Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle B. | Vice President - Marketing & Project Administration, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Really, the scheduling calendar is my favorite part. Being able to see all of the posts that I have scheduled for all of our businesses in one place is super convenient. The ability to duplicate posts and reschedule them for other times is also a total game changer for me. It's really user-friendly and intuitive. So, even as a team of one, it helps consolidate tasks efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I don't love the AI little bot feature. I don't think that the post it generates are very useful. And then sometimes there's resizing issues with images across platforms. Between LinkedIn and Facebook and Instagram, I wish it was a little more automatic resizing.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite consolidates my social channels, making it easier to schedule posts and ensure I hit all necessary platforms. The scheduling calendar offers convenience by allowing me to view all posts in one place, and duplicating posts to reschedule them is a game changer.

 ### 2. Detailed Analytics and Easy Planning, But Needs Improved Tagging

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pieter-Jan H. | Communications Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite for planning our content when I can't post live, and for tracking analytics. I love that I don't have to log in to my platform, as everything is centralized. I find Hootsuite's analytics detailed and easy to work with, and appreciate that it's more detailed than native analytics, making data comparable from platform to platform. The 'social score' feature is a fantastic addition that aggregates performance, something I've wanted for a while. Hootsuite also keeps data from the past, which is a great help. The initial setup was super easy, probably one of the easiest platforms I've worked with. I really appreciate the NGO price discount too, which makes it more accessible for us.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Tagging is a mess and it consumes way too much time. There needs to be a feature that lets you save tags for the same account on different platforms in a 'collection' for auto-inclusion. Often the platform doesn't even respond (I suppose this is due to the native platform's issues).

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to plan content when I can't post live and track analytics. It centralizes platform access, makes tracking easy, and provides detailed, visual analytics. The Social Score feature is excellent for performance aggregation.

 ### 3. Streamlines Social Media Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ellen C. | Communications Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite to plan and execute posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, which lets us use it as a content calendar to see what's coming out and when. We can easily change the dates and times for our posts and draft them as well, providing a way for different people across different teams to see what's going on at the same time very easily. The data capture feature is great for writing reports, allowing us to see views, likes, comments, and shares over specific periods without needing to go directly into each platform. We can also custom filter a report with all the criteria we want to look at at once, which is amazing. I appreciate being able to rearrange the data and create reports ranging from one day to annual reports, which are perfect. Hootsuite is also convenient and user-friendly, making it a great tool for managing content and data reporting in a larger department.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite is limited in the sense that we can't share stories directly through it. For us, it would be great if we could schedule stories to post on Instagram and Facebook through Hootsuite. By not having this feature, we're required to log on during weekends, which is inconvenient. Sometimes there is a delay or lag in retrieving data, especially from LinkedIn. So we might check it on a Thursday afternoon, but the data from Wednesday morning still isn't there. We also had some issues early on with linking our Facebook account to Hootsuite which was a bit of a hurdle.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to manage social media posts across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. It serves as a content calendar, allowing my team to easily view and adjust posts. It solves the problem of using personal devices for scheduling and provides detailed data reports without visiting each platform.

 ### 4. All My Social Media in One Place—Even BlueSky

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I love that you can do all your social media in one place, especially now that they've added BlueSky! I'm able to post the same post to multiple places, as well as read and reply to comments. It's great.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Sometimes the software can feel a bit clunky, like rearranging pictures in a post (which often has me accidentally clicking the settings of a photo instead of rearranging). It's minor stuff, but would make good quality of life differences.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the issue of posting to multiple platforms, and saves me an incredible amount of time. Prior to Hootsuite, I used Meta Business -- however Meta only allows 1 Instagram and 1 Facebook, and we have multiple of each. This tool allows me to do everything from one place.

 ### 5. Versatile Tool with Effective Scheduling

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite for social media scheduling, insights, tracking, analysis, and approval/QA streams. I love that it allows us to schedule posts instead of manually posting, which ensures we're posting at optimal times. It provides detailed insights into post performance and lets us segment content with tags to see what's working well, helping us build a "magic formula" for engaging posts. I like that Hootsuite can be as simple or as complex as I want it to be. It's easy to use for basic functions even if you've never used a similar system before, but you can also dive deeper into its features for a comprehensive view of your social media performance. There's a weekly score on the dashboard providing an overview of content performance, which is immediately available upon login, offering a quick indicator of recent performance without having to go digging around. Additionally, I can customize by tagging each post and building dashboards to compare stats, identifying what's performing well. The initial setup of Hootsuite was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

There are occasional bugs, like posts that have been scheduled or approved not going out. Also, there's an annoying glitch where if you're editing a post that's been sent for approval and it's due to go out soon, it won't let you save your edits or approve it in its original form, meaning it expires and needs to be redone. This can be frustrating if you've set up an approval stream as it ends up wasting multiple people's time. There are also occasional drop-outs of connections to social platforms meaning posts don't go out. There's also a slight delay in publishing, for example, if we schedule a post to go out at 2 pm, it'll quite often go at 2:02 or something like that.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite schedules posts for optimal timing and provides detailed insights on performance. It allows content segmentation with tags to refine engagement strategies. I appreciate its balance of simplicity and complexity, letting me grasp social media performance at a glance or dive deeper for specifics.

 ### 6. Multifunctional Tool with AI Features, Needs Improved Tagging

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bri L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite to schedule content on multiple platforms, which is really convenient. I love being able to schedule posts in advance and the insights it provides to improve performance. The AI feature is great for brainstorming content ideas. I like that Hootsuite is multifunctional with so many valuable features, including the listening tool, AI features, and analytics. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I wish that I could mention pages efficiently through Hootsuite. After the post goes out, I usually have to go within the social media platform like Facebook or LinkedIn to tag/mention pages. Hootsuite doesn't properly support page mentions, which means after every post goes live, I have to leave Hootsuite and go back to the native platform to tag the relevant pages. This adds an extra step that disrupts the workflow.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to schedule posts across platforms, gain performance insights, and generate content ideas with AI features.

 ### 7. Convenient and Time-Saving Social Media Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa F. | Director of Operations/CFO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I appreciate how Hootsuite makes it easy to do daily posts by allowing me to schedule them with the planner, which saves me more time than I can even imagine. I love the convenience it offers and the ongoing upgrades that assist me in generating ideas. The ease of responding to messages, likes, or clicks is incredibly helpful. Additionally, when my marketing brain is fried due to other responsibilities at the company, Hootsuite helps me with this part of my job. The initial setup was easy, and I've been using it for 2-3 years now.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I could use more training on some of the newer features I haven't even explored yet due to allowing the time. Overall training when you sign up would be nice. Even videos.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite saves me a lot of time by allowing me to schedule daily posts with just one login. It helps generate ideas when I'm overwhelmed, especially since I juggle many roles.

 ### 8. Hootsuite: centralized management and scheduling that saves time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite allows us to centralize the management of our different social accounts on a single platform, and greatly facilitates the planning of posts for us. In concrete terms: a great time saver for us.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Some minor ergonomic issues: you cannot change the order of images after importing media into a post. Editing posts after publishing is not possible on all platforms. The issue of being logged out of InBox due to inactivity, I never understood that either. Sometimes the tool is slow.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am the only one managing the company's external communication, and social media posts were taking me an infinite amount of time. A tool like Hootsuite allows for centralizing this management and saving valuable time.

 ### 9. A reliable partner for managing global social strategy without the burnout

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jhuliana L. | Social Media Marketing Manager, Information Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I handle a lot of accounts across the EEMEA region, and honestly, having everything in one dashboard keeps me from losing my mind. The calendar view is the thing I rely on most because seeing the week laid out helps me feel like I’m in control of the chaos. I’ve also been using the AI tools for hashtags when my brain feels a bit too crowded from the move to Germany.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

It can feel heavy sometimes, and I find myself clicking around way too much just to find a simple metric, which really breaks my focus. And I usually avoid the mobile app too, since it feels clunky and I'd just rather wait until I'm back at my laptop.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite basically stops the constant jumping between tabs for NIQ, letting me manage all our Meta and LinkedIn channels from one spot. It solves that messy problem of manual scheduling across different time zones so I can focus on the bigger strategy. I can keep an eye on what people are saying about us through the listening tool, which is vital for global brands.

 ### 10. Reliable Scheduling, Helpful Analytics, and Customizable AI Prompts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I enjoy being able to reliably schedule my posts, and I use the analytics page to easily gather the information necessary for my department leaders to see. I also like Hootsuite incorporation of customizable ai prompting for posts so that they feel unique and less computer-written.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Over the past year, they've scaled back a few UI considerations that I used regularly to speedily make posts. Integrating a small trash button on the thumbnails helped me to quickly remove photos that I couldn't post, now they've removed it and it requires extra navigation. This is particularly painful since they previously automatically populated only the maximum number of photos that could be posted to Twitter (X) and Instagram, so I'd upload all the photos I wanted, then double-check all three social media platforms that I use, and I was good-to-go. Now I have to go through and select photos for each platform. I'm still not certain why this change was made, but it adds a lot of time to my posting across platforms.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It prevents me from having to do three-times the work I would normally do for the school district where I work by integrating features across multiple platforms; Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and allowing me to tailor posts to each one all at once. It also provide me with cross-platform analytics that are easy to understand. I've also quite enjoyed their yearly Social Media Trends book and a number of their online workshops.

 ### 11. Easy-to-Use Social Scheduling with Reliable Performance and Smart Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

the ability to manage numerous page for companies and people in one location for LinkedIn, but also have connections for company pages across the social platforms. The price structure is reasonable though it took a while to get the platform representative to understand our goals and use case. I have not used the ai integrations but having them built in and knowing the platform is working to stay ahead of trending technology is great. The user interface is easy to understand and follow. The performance is consistent in that most posts are made as scheduled with little hiccups.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

When something fails to post, there isn't an easy way to repost it. I wish we could edit posts as one if they were scheduled as one instead of having to go into each one to make an edit.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the biggest problem that Hootsuite solves is scheduling posts across multiple personal LinkedIn accounts without having to log into each account. The time saved is crucial to our workflow and productivity.

 ### 12. Social Media Strategist

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

My favorite feature on Hootsuite is Analytics. I love being able to build custom reports tailored to our clients. Building the reports is super easy to! You select from different factors and drag and drop, change tile sizes and can even alter the appearance of the tile to different visual appearances (graphs, numbers, etc). Additionally, I really appreciate the benchmarking feature to see how client performance stacks up against their industry and competitors. Hootsuite has really helped take our clients to new levels of performance.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Something I'm not 100% happy with is the basic Listening capabilities powered by Talkwalker. The AI isn't there yet and misses a lot of items related to my clients. Searching natively on the social platform is a lot more effective at catching things than this feature. Pricing could be considered high or tough to swallow for smaller agencies. However, it does take a lot off your plate.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite provides us more time by taking things off our plate. The onboarding process was easy and walked us through everything. Connecting social platforms, scheduling, alt text generation using AI, and reporting has reduced our time. Compared to scheduling in Meta, we've had minimal issues and Hootsuite doesn't get overwhelmed with high volume scheduling.

 ### 13. All-in-One Scheduling and Analytics That Keeps Me Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like best about Hootsuite is how everything is in one place. I don’t have to switch between a bunch of apps to post or check accounts. The scheduling feature helps a lot because I can sit down and plan out posts for the week instead of worrying about posting every day. The calendar makes it really easy to see what I have coming up and stay organized.

Another thing that’s really helpful is the analytics. I can see which posts are doing well and which ones are not, so I can adjust what I post moving forward. It makes it easier to understand what people actually engage with instead of just guessing.

Overall, it has made things more efficient for me. It saves time, keeps everything organized, and helps me be more consistent with posting.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

One thing I don’t like about Hootsuite is that the interface can feel a little cluttered, especially when you’re managing multiple accounts and streams at once. It’s not always super intuitive, so it can take some time to find exactly what you’re looking for or to get used to where everything is.

Another downside is the pricing. For what it offers, it can feel a bit expensive, especially for students or smaller teams. Some features that would be really useful are locked behind higher-tier plans, which makes it harder to get full value unless you’re paying more.

I’ve also noticed that performance can be inconsistent at times. Posts don’t always publish exactly when scheduled, and sometimes the platform runs a little slow, which can be frustrating when you’re trying to work efficiently.

It would also be nice if the analytics were a bit more customizable and easier to export in a clean format. Overall, it’s a helpful tool, but there are definitely areas where it could be more user-friendly and accessible.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Hootsuite, it was harder to keep up with posting consistently and managing multiple social media accounts. Everything had to be done manually, which took a lot of time and made it easy to forget to post or stay on a schedule.

Now, I can plan and schedule content ahead of time, which has made a big difference. It helps me stay consistent with posting without having to be online all the time. This has also made my workflow more organized since everything is in one place instead of switching between platforms.

It also solves the problem of not knowing what content is actually working. The analytics show engagement and performance, so I can adjust my strategy based on real data instead of guessing. Because of that, I’ve been able to improve how I plan content and focus more on what gets the best results.

Overall, it saves time, keeps things organized, and makes it easier to manage social media in a more structured and effective way.

 ### 14. Streamlines Social Media Management for Non-Profits

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abraham Path Initiative I. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I love how Hootsuite takes the pressure off having to manually schedule posts and allows for tagging directly through the platform. It's amazing to link directly to our accounts and tag local partners without editing posts after publishing. The platform also offers suggestions for post ideas, taking the pressure off my brain in coming up with content. Setting up Hootsuite was easy, and even when accounts disconnect randomly, there's always a notification, so I'm not caught off guard. Overall, I find it incredibly helpful for planning our social media in advance.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

It would be helpful if Instagram and TikTok tags could be integrated in the same way as LinkedIn and Facebook. It requires entering the individual platforms (Instagram and TikTok), searching for the account we want to tag, and then manually add it to the post in question. It's not impossible, but it's frustrating. Some accounts disconnect randomly, but there is always a notification that it has happened so I'm not caught off guard when it's time to publish a post.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite takes the pressure off manually scheduling posts, allows tagging directly through the platform, and helps plan in advance while providing post ideas.

 ### 15. Time-Saver with Powerful Analytics but Needs Refinement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I appreciate Hootsuite for managing our social media platforms as it saves a lot of time in posting content across multiple companies and platforms. The planner is intuitive, making it easy to see what content is being posted daily and scheduled, preventing reposts or missing a post. The analytics portion is invaluable. It allows for easy aggregation of data from multiple sources, saving a lot of time on documentation and reporting. It's much more efficient to compile accurate data using one source with Hootsuite than having to go through different platforms to get total response numbers.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I'm wondering if our social media posts using Hootsuite don't receive as much traction as content posted by our content creator because they are not triggering the algorithm as well as a real person would. It also seems the link to the various platforms, LinkedIn in particular, break more frequently than not, requiring relinking, which causes a loss of time and momentum. In addition, I've seen data discrepancies between Hootsuite and various platforms, making me question whether Hootsuite is accurately reflecting data total adjustments or not. Finally, the social score is very helpful as an overall metric, but the recommendations to enhance the score could be more specific and varied rather than boilerplate and redundant at times. The initial set-up was a learning curve at first, but nothing that got me too frustrated to stop using.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite saves time by managing multiple social media platforms at once and centralizes analytics, which helps with documentation and reporting. The planner ensures content is posted as scheduled, avoiding reposts or missed posts. It simplifies compiling accurate response data from different platforms.

 ### 16. Helpful Integrations and Smooth Network Connections

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I am not the biggest fan of the UI/UX, I find it clunky and slightly outdated when compared to platforms like Fedica or Buffer. The integrations however are quite helpful and I am happy with the smoothness in whch I can connect the networks. In terms of performance there have been a few times when a scheduled post doesn't go. It would be nice to have a bigger warning notification when that happens.
I do find the pricing for Hootsuite to be fairly high, especially for ones who want to use it for small single-person led startups, but it works alright for an established organization. I have no comment for support/onboarding as I found the navigation easily intuitive. I haven't used the AI features so far

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The cost. Its way too pricey for an individual to use.
I would also prefer an option to add category buckets to the type of posts I schedule, that way for analytics, I can segregate by content categories too. As a marketer working for an organization that posts vastly diverse content simultaneously, it would be very helpful if i could custom categorize/tag posts

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling across multiple platforms is a breeze thanks to this software and it helps onboarding other team members and working collaboratively across a joint calendar

 ### 17. Streamlined Social Media Management, Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie S. | Founder & Principal | Narrative Strategist for Mission-Driven Organizations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite for managing my clients' social media accounts like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and it lets me do everything in one place, which saves a lot of time. The main dashboard is really helpful since I can monitor and manage everything from there, making adjustments and automating my processes easily. I think Hootsuite is really easy to use and intuitive, even with new features rolling out over time. I've been using it for probably ten years, and it’s always been straightforward to navigate. Setting it up was pretty simple too; I just connected my social media accounts, and it was smooth sailing from there.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

There might be some bugs that come up where I will try to do something, and I can tell it's just, you know, maybe something going on with the platform. But usually within one day, everything's fixed and it's good to go.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite lets me manage and schedule posts for multiple clients' social media accounts from one dashboard, without logging into each one individually. It streamlines my processes, allowing me to automate tasks and monitor everything efficiently.

 ### 18. Simplifies Social Media Management Across Platforms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amir G. | President/Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I found Hootsuite to be a great program for organizing the message we want to share on social media through various platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. I appreciate its ability to create a unified message on a regular basis and know it's being shared across all platforms simultaneously. It's very easy to use, and allows me to dedicate just a small amount of time to it either daily or weekly. I like that it incorporates platform rules and regulations, helping me make necessary adjustments while creating posts, and it simplifies things by allowing me to perform tasks once instead of multiple times.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The one thing that I don't like about using Hootsuite is that if I want to repost the same thing, I can't repost them all at the same time. I have to go through and cut and paste each one. And so I find that a little consuming. I think it would be better to be able to take the day and everything that was posted on that day and then move that entire day over to the next day that we want to do the post.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to resolve sharing the same message on multiple platforms, allowing me to manage this task just once.

 ### 19. Streamlined Social Media Management with Some Quirks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marie S. | Social Media Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite for my government agency to cross-post to five different platforms, which streamlines our social operations. It saves me a ton of time because I no longer have to post individually to each platform. I love the analytic dashboard and scheduling features, as they provide reliable performance metrics and allow me to publish simultaneously. This ensures consistent messaging and improves our efficiency and effectiveness. I particularly enjoy scheduling in advance. The analytics help me identify which messages resonate most with the public, aiding us in adjusting and planning accordingly. The initial setup was very easy with no issues.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Sometimes our Threads get unlinked. Formatting differences between the platforms are not always reflected well. The preview option does not display 100% accuracy of what it will look like when posted.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite streamlines our social operations by saving time on cross-posting and providing an analytics dashboard. Scheduling enhances message consistency and effectiveness, and analytics guides us in adjusting our strategy.

 ### 20. Major Time Saver!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite serves as a centralized platform for managing social media activity. It enables users to schedule posts across multiple channels, monitor messages, and oversee engagement from a single dashboard. The scheduling functionality is dependable, and bulk scheduling is particularly valuable for maintaining an organized content calendar. Additionally, its analytics tools provide clear, actionable insights into performance without requiring advanced technical expertise. Lastly, I find the support team to be responsive and helpful, particularly when navigating platform features or troubleshooting common challenges. Additionally, the availability of training resources, webinars, and community forums provides further support, ensuring users have access to guidance when they need it.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The interface can feel somewhat crowded, which may require an adjustment period—particularly for users who are new to social media management platforms. Additionally, the pricing structure may be a consideration for smaller teams or individual users, as some may find themselves paying for features that are not fully utilized.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite addresses several key challenges that come with managing multiple social media accounts—especially in a school district setting where communication needs to be timely, consistent, and clear. Our main issue is too many platforms, not enough time. Hootsuite solves this by allowing you to create and schedule content across all platforms from one dashboard. You can plan posts in advance, align messaging across channels, and ensure important updates—like closures, events, or enrollment reminders—go out at the right time without needing to manually post in real time.

 ### 21. Effortless Social Media Management, Needs Better Tagging Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patris J. | Marketing Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite for scheduling social media posts on LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and occasionally Instagram for multiple pages. I appreciate being able to plan our content calendar weeks in advance. It allows both me and another colleague to seamlessly schedule content for the same accounts and coordinate our schedules. Hootsuite is very direct, straightforward, and easy to use, which makes planning a lot simpler. I also find the suggested schedule times helpful. The initial setup was seamless.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I wish you could tag people in LinkedIn posts captions or be able to tag companies/people in the attached graphics. When I try to tag companies in the caption, sometimes it doesn't come up. We can't tag individual people at all. And we can't add photos tags to graphics.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to schedule posts across multiple platforms, allowing me to plan content weeks in advance. It helps me and my colleague schedule seamlessly around each other's timelines. It's straightforward, easy to use, and suggests helpful post times.

 ### 22. Streamlined Multi-Platform Scheduling with Easy Tagging and Reposting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Policy | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The best part of Hootsuite is pre-scheduling content across multiple platforms all in one place. Being able to tag from within the platform is key. I also love that I can easily re-post anything that I've posted within the last year, with the tags still intact. When I'm stuck for content, I'll look at what I've posted in the past to see if I can find anything to reuse.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I used to be able to tag individuals on LinkedIn, and I can't seem to do that any more. The whole reason I use Hootsuite is to streamline social media posting. It's frustrating when I have to go into LinkedIn after posting on Hootsuite to tag someone. It defeats the purpose of scheduling via Hootsuite....what's the point, if I have to go to LinkedIn anyway?

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a one person shop, so there's no one to post for me when I'm out. Being able to pre-schedule content across all our platforms saves me from having to post on vacation.

 ### 23. Good value for all-in-one content planning and analytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I’m enjoying all the tools available to me and the overall functionality the platform offers. Being able to review analytics and data in the same place where I schedule and plan content is especially valuable. Additions like customizable alt-text and link preview editing have also helped enhance performance.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I’m not enjoying the social listening tools; they’re quite weak. I also don’t think there are enough integrations to support the video editing and scheduling process. I’d prefer to be able to pre-schedule Reels with the caption, cover, and a sound added directly from Instagram, as that would help increase reach.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps me stay organized across the multiple brands I manage. It’s also a very user-friendly platform: the UI/UX works well and doesn’t require much time for onboarding or the learning process. For me, the main advantage of Hootsuite is how many accounts and platforms I can connect and pull data from, all in one central place.

 ### 24. Time-Saving but Frustrating Error Handling

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alondra M. | Digital Communications & Engagement Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like how on Hootsuite I can schedule out posts all at once across different platforms. It saves me time from having to do it manually on each platform. I also appreciate the analytics. Being able to know which posts are liked, track the campaigns, and know which posts are doing well is great for me & to show executives.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

If you make an error tagging on Instagram, the whole post doesn't go out, and it doesn't tell you exactly which tag was the problem, so you have to manually go through them, which is really time-consuming. I also wish there could be some sort of AI feature in the automated reports that highlights the biggest changes or significant posts.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to track metrics and analytics, schedule posts across platforms, and optimize my social strategy, saving me time from doing things manually and helping me identify successful posts and campaign similarities.

 ### 25. Hootsuite: A Gamechanger for LinkedIn Management with Intuitive AI Suggestions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite has been a game changer for managing our employees’ LinkedIn accounts. Since we started using it, we’ve seen a noticeable increase in engagement and overall performance. The platform integrates smoothly with our workflows, and the user interface is very intuitive, which makes it easy for our team to stay consistent and efficient with posting. The pricing is also very competitive compared to other platforms, and the AI-driven trending topic suggestions are especially helpful for a financial institution like ours that is always looking for fresh content ideas. Their customer support has been excellent as well and quick to answer any questions we’ve had.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

One thing we would like to see improved is more flexibility when it comes to adding additional social accounts. Right now, needing to upgrade to an entirely new plan just to include a few more accounts can feel limiting. Having an option to add accounts incrementally within the same plan would make the platform even more convenient and scalable for growing teams like ours.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite is solving the challenge of keeping our lenders active and consistent on LinkedIn when they don’t have the time to create posts themselves. By allowing our marketing team to plan, write, and publish content on their behalf, it has made maintaining a strong and professional presence much more manageable. This has helped increase visibility, engagement, and consistency across our team’s accounts without adding extra work to our lenders’ already busy schedules.

 ### 26. Does what you need and more!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

In terms of social media management, it's pretty solid. You can easily add accounts, create content, schedule it, move things around, save drafts, and more. There's a library of graphics and gifs to use, and even AI to kickstart your writing (if you're into that). You can also monitor account engagement and do some social listening. But wait, there's more! Hootsuite offers a lot of really great analytics, and all from one place, which is handy if you're monitoring several platforms. I've used Hootsuite at several different companies now and I'm using it weekly if not daily, and it's always been a solid tool that's user-friendly and largely unproblematic. They're also constantly innovating. I'd asked for the ability to add Instagram alt-text, and now we have it! Makes my job easier.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

It's a fairly expensive tool, and there is still room for improvements. For example, I'd like the ability to schedule a Twitter thread and better analytics. Also their chatbot is pretty bad, which can be annoying when you have a simple question, but eventually you can connect to a real human and get answers via email.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Social media is only one of my tasks, so being able to easily schedule a bunch of content when I can and then let Hootsuite do its thing is great. Hootsuite also solves the problem of tracking analytics. Heck, Twitter doesn't even let you view your own analytics anymore unless you pay, so being able to have some data from Hootsuite is valuable.

 ### 27. Effortless Scheduling, Reliable Social Media Solutions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kailey M. | Marketing Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite for social media marketing, specifically for scheduling posts, brainstorming layouts, and building out posting schedules with the monthly calendar. I appreciate how it solves the issue of having to post on my time, saving me stress and worry. The ability to schedule posts ahead of time is what I like most, as I don't have to worry about posting on weekends when I'm off work. Hootsuite handles it automatically. Additionally, I find Hootsuite to be a way easier platform to use with more features than what I was using before, which was Social Reach. I've been an avid user of Hootsuite for almost 10 years, and find the setup super easy.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Sometimes there are weird glitches or errors, or a connection issue. Hootsuite announces when they are happening, so like Facebook won't work with auto scheduling, so you have to manually post.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to save time and avoid stress by scheduling posts in advance, no longer needing to post manually, especially on weekends.

 ### 28. All Your Analytics in One Place, Plus Easy Multi-Platform Posting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deanna M. | Freelance Graphic Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like that it houses all of the analytical data. For example LinkedIn data drops off after a year, but not in hootsuite. I also enjoy that you can post to mulitple platforms from one location.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Editing a post once it has been made is not possible. I need to go into each platform delete the post, and then repost it, while also removing it from the 'posting' section on hootsuite itself.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing for a more efficient use of time, posting from one platform and not having ot login and verify from multiple social accounts each time. It also outputs great data boards that you can organize and customize.

 ### 29. Simplifies Social Media Management with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emmanuel K. | Senior Business Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I find Hootsuite really helps simplify managing our social media accounts by creating a one-stop shop, allowing us to post content and keep track of things easily. I appreciate that it makes everything easier without having to log in to multiple accounts. The ease of getting logged in with all our accounts through Hootsuite was great too. I like Hootsuite's simplicity and the reporting aspect. The scheduling feature is particularly valuable as it lets us preschedule posts, set them, and forget them, which is very convenient. The tools and reporting capabilities are great for our business. Plus, I haven't encountered any issues with it.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Every once in a while, we might have an error pop up with one of our postings. Sometimes that could take a few minutes to kinda work through. I guess if there was a way to improve that experience maybe where the errors are less or could be, fixed a lot faster.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite makes managing multiple social media accounts easier by providing a one-stop shop. It simplifies our processes, allowing us to post content and track performance efficiently, which helps in getting our business name out there.

 ### 30. Streamlined Multi-Platform Scheduling with a Clear Calendar and Smart Caption AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Being able to create and schedule posts across multiple platforms at the same time, along with the clear calendar that shows all planned posts, is really helpful for us. It makes it much easier to avoid double-posting at the same time and serves as a good tracker of what we’ve already published.

I also really like the easy-to-use duplicate function, which lets me share a post on another channel without much effort.

The AI tool for creating better captions is also very nice.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

New Instagram features often aren’t supported quickly enough. For example, through Hootsuite we can only add 10 pictures to a post, while Instagram itself now allows up to 20 pictures in a single post.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s an amazing tool for keeping track of our team’s work. We can see each other’s planned posts and make sure everything gets done on time.

It also helps us adapt posts from our other countries by simply duplicating them and translating the caption.

 ### 31. Great Social Media Management Tool for Small Team!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Museums and Institutions | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I love how easy the platform is to use. Being able to see all the posts from the different platforms all at once in the calendar is just so helpful. Everything is so user-friendly, and the dashboard is great for showing high-level analytics. I also appreciate the webinars because it helps me make better decisions! Also super easy to get into when I first started in the social media world and implemented it throughout my team. Integrating with platforms is easy and I use this every day!

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Only downside I've really had is that sometimes it can't find people's/organizations' tags consistently. Mostly that just applies to tags on Facebook or Linkedin since it has to be searched, but it will come up eventually - just need patience.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Definitely makes it easier to schedule and plan all my content in the same software without having to go back and forth between the various platforms. And uploading/selecting which images I want to use is easier too.

 ### 32. A Game-Changer for Social Media Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giselle G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I really like that I can see everything all in one platform with Hootsuite. It's a really great tool that makes my job so much easier by having everything in one place. I highly recommend it because I can schedule posts across multiple platforms and different accounts, even the same platform. For example, on Facebook, I can manage three different accounts from Hootsuite, which simplifies everything. I also appreciate the boost feature, especially the ability to boost on a specific platform without toggling back and forth between sites. Plus, the initial setup was extremely easy. Hootsuite has been a game changer for me and our company.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I think the boosting is only on one platform. The LinkedIn boosting doesn't always work as well.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite lets me see and schedule all my posts in one place, making my job easier. I can manage multiple accounts, including boosting posts, without switching platforms.

 ### 33. All-in-One Social Dashboard That Saves Time and Simplifies Analytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like best about Hootsuite is how it brings all my social media accounts into one clean, easy-to-manage dashboard. Scheduling posts across multiple platforms saves a ton of time, and the analytics tools make it simple to track performance and adjust strategy. It’s especially useful for staying organized and maintaining a consistent posting schedule without constantly switching between apps.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

What I like least about Hootsuite is its high pricing, especially for smaller teams or individuals who don’t need all the advanced features. It can feel expensive compared to other tools with similar capabilities. Additionally, the inability to schedule a first comment along with posts is a frustrating limitation, as that feature is useful for engagement and organization, particularly on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite solves the problem of managing multiple social media accounts in one place, which can otherwise be time-consuming and disorganized. By centralizing scheduling, publishing, and analytics, it saves me time and reduces the need to constantly switch between platforms. This makes it easier to stay consistent with posting, monitor performance, and respond to engagement more efficiently, ultimately improving overall social media management.

 ### 34. Streamlined Social Media Management, Despite AI Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I really like Hootsuite's easy UI, making it simple to navigate and use. A huge advantage for my team is the wide range of social media channel connections available, which helps us manage our presence across different platforms efficiently. The ability to schedule video content is a game changer for us. Our previous provider struggled in this area, but Hootsuite allows us to plan our content calendar much more effectively. I also appreciate how Hootsuite consolidates our inboxes into one place, streamlining our communication efforts. The initial setup was very easy, especially since we had used Hootsuite before transitioning to another platform.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Sometimes posts fail to send, which is a source of concern. The AI generated copy for posts is completely useless for us, the copy is far too long and quite obviously AI-written. A long way to go there. If the self-hosted AI is expensive to run I'd lose it completely, it adds no value especially when if users wanted AI copy they could turn to ChatGPT or Gemini for a better alternative.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to schedule social media posts, including videos, in advance since native schedulers are poor. It also consolidates our inboxes into one place.

 ### 35. Efficient Scheduling but Needs Improvement in Tagging

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ella M. | Digital Community Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like how Hootsuite tells you the best time to post, and the scheduling is easy. It really saves time for us since we used to manually go into Meta Business Suite to schedule content that was written elsewhere. Plus, setting up Hootsuite was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The location tagging sometimes is off, as well as tagging on Facebook, it pops up with random accounts. I am not sure about the price, but sometimes the performance is bad as it fails to upload.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can write and schedule content in one place, saving time from manually scheduling elsewhere. It also saves time once our client reviews our work and approves

 ### 36. Streamlined Social Media Management with Fun, Customizable Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lara S. | Principal, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like the week-view schedule on Hootsuite and find the mobile editing really handy because it allows me to make edits on the go or while traveling. The analytics feature is great as it saves me from counting very boring things, plus it's a lot faster and more accurate. I appreciate how Hootsuite's AI-suggestions for optimum length, hashtags, tone saves lots of time. The initial setup was very easy, just do the digital handshake for each account, and then you're ready to go. Hootsuite is incredibly useful for planning social posts and doing analytics at the end of each month!

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I wish it could do Analytics for personal LinkedIn accounts! Wish it could do Analytics for Bluesky!!

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to schedule posts, optimize and shorten content, find good hashtags, and get analytics. This saves me time and provides fast, accurate data.

 ### 37. Easy Calendar View and Handy Previews for Quick Content Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The calendar view is very easy to use and lets you see all of your weekly posts on one page, which is by far the simplest way to review everything at a glance. We also really like the preview function on the right-hand side, because it makes reviewing and approving content so much easier. I usually just take a snip and send it on for approval. We could do this directly in the software, but we simply prefer handling approvals via email.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Logging in every time is really annoying, especially since the software can be quite slow. I also find the dashboards very complicated, and I’ve never managed to set one up successfully. The pricing feels high as well. I’ve never had to contact support, and the tool was already set up when I started my job. I used to rely on the hashtag suggestions, but I hardly use them anymore now that PCs are becoming more intelligent. I don’t use the AI suggestions either, because we feel it doesn’t really understand our company. I have used the Canva integration before, but for some reason the designs don’t appear in Canva when I go there, so if I want to edit something I end up having to start all over again.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reviewing and approving posts used to be really complicated and time-consuming. Now we can use the platform to see exactly (with disclaimers!) how the post will look once it’s live on LinkedIn.

 ### 38. Easy Daily Planner and Helpful ALT Text AI, but Image Loading Can Lag

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite is quite easy to use each day with how the daily planner is set out. At times, the performance can be poor when adding or removing images as the images take a while to load when deleted. The pricing does match the value with the amount of accounts we can have added. No other tools have been used so integrations don't apply to me. Setting up on Hootsuite was quite easy, but there have been no need to contact customer service. The AI feature for ALT text has been great and helps to save time, especially when there are multiple images to add alt text to.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The only downside is when posts fail to post. If there was a way we could be made aware right after scheduling, this would be helpful. For example on weekend posting, we can't get this sorted until the next work day.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite is helping to solve the issue of content scheduling. Previously, I had to manually post content which was really time consuming. However, Hootsuite makes this extremely helpful for me now.

 ### 39. Streamlined Social Media Management with Hootsuite

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite for my agency, and I like the fact that the interface has been streamlined over the years. I also appreciate that Hootsuite has listened to the needs of agencies and has improved significantly, now offering most of the functionality that we need for our agency. The integration of more social media platforms over the years, including TikTok and YouTube, is a feature I do like. I also like the high quality of the enterprise solution and how nothing else matches Hootsuite for the amount we pay for streams. The support team is responsive, answering all my calls in a timely fashion and most of the time helping me problem solve, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite can still be very glitchy, with posts sometimes failing to publish. It can be hard to connect certain clients' accounts, and this process could be streamlined. The costs per month are too high for individuals or smaller clients who aren't agencies or enterprises. Also, it does not integrate well (yet) with YouTube shorts and the tagging functionality for Instagram still does not work well and makes the posts fail.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite is a one-stop solution for managing all our clients' social media accounts, allowing my team to schedule everything out in one place a month in advance.

 ### 40. Streamlined Social Media Management, Slightly Improved Analytics Needed

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan M. | Marketing Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like using Hootsuite for scheduling posts for our school accounts, as it eliminates the need to access multiple accounts for similar content. It's easily customizable and everything is organized and scheduled from a single platform. The crop tools are great, making it easy to fit social media specs with just one click, and I don't have to search for individual specs elsewhere. The organizational features, like being able to see what I posted, when, and on which accounts, are really helpful. I can view everything on a calendar, schedule things ahead of time, and even save drafts easily.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Maybe a better analytics portal that tracks clicks, follows, etc. a little better

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite lets me schedule posts for multiple accounts from one platform, saving time and effort. I love its customizable interface, crop tools, and its ability to track posts and drafts on a calendar without needing extra searches for specs.

 ### 41. Efficient Social Media Scheduler with Minor Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like that imagery uploading in Hootsuite is very easy, and the ability to tag products in the scheduling tool for Instagram. I also appreciate being able to share the same content on different platforms without having to recreate it for each platform. Plus, Hootsuite has a good, clean, easy-to-view layout. The initial setup was very quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

It keeps logging me out of accounts, which is frustrating because I don't manage all the passwords and Google keys myself. This issue is compounded by the fact that the platforms are not all logged in on the PC where I manage Hootsuite. Sometimes, after tagging a product on an image, if Hootsuite doesn't like it, it won't notify me at the time of scheduling. Instead, it just fails to post at the allotted time, and I can't fix it until the next day.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite for posting on multiple social media accounts across brands at once. It solves scheduling posts outside work hours and allows easy imagery uploads and product tagging across platforms with a clean, easy-to-view layout.

 ### 42. Simple, Reliable Social Scheduling with Great Support and Smart Caption Help

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Environmental Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

My company has been using Hootsuite since I started with them, and it has consistently stood out for its pricing and for keeping the product simple enough for anyone to use. I really like the convenience of scheduling all of my social posts in one application. Since we post on almost all social media websites, it’s a huge help that Hootsuite makes it easy to integrate all of our social media accounts in one place, so I’m not constantly going back and forth between accounts.

Even when I can’t think of a caption for a post, their OwlyGPT makes it easy not only to generate a caption, but also to generate hashtags based on goals like more reach or impressions. Another big plus is customer support: I don’t have to jump through hoops to reach their customer service team, and they’re prompt and can answer any of my questions quickly. Overall, I can trust it to post my content reliably without worrying about anything bouncing.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

My only complaint is that I wish the Analytics tab were easier to navigate. It feels like there’s too much information packed into one area, which makes it harder to quickly find the specific details I need.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite has solved the constant back-and-forth of posting across multiple social media sites. When I’m on a time crunch, it’s much easier to create a post in Hootsuite, get suggestions for the caption, and decide on the best time to publish.

 ### 43. Seamless Social Media Management with Powerful Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana B. | Marketing and Social Media Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I really appreciate Hootsuite for making business social media account management so much easier. It solves the issue of manually uploading posts across different platforms and the built-in analytics are super helpful for my job. I find it user-friendly, which is a big plus for me. I love that I can monitor all my postings from the streams tab, allowing me to see in real time what's working with my content without switching back and forth between different platforms.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I don't like how when i'm creating content in the "create a post" area, if I'm creating a post that will be uploaded to multiple platforms but edit one individual platform's post, I then can't make edits in the overview tab afterwards.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite solves the issue of manually uploading posts to social media platforms. It's user-friendly, allows me to track analytics, and I can monitor postings in real time through the streams tab without switching platforms.

 ### 44. Streamlined Social Media Management with Analytics Power

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate M. | Marketing Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite to manage social media for the company I handle marketing for. I like scheduling posts, tracking analytics, and comparing our performance against competitors. Hootsuite solves having to separately go into all of our social media accounts to post. With Hootsuite, I can do it all at once, which is really nice. I really like the analytics part; I can see analytics for all or each account and select the dates I choose. I also like how you can enter in certain accounts and compare your performance to theirs. I can see what's doing well for competitors and what's not, helping me decide if we should use those ideas. I also like to see how we are doing compared to the industry, social media-wise.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I'd say sometimes when I schedule for some reason it won't post to certain accounts. It normally happens with Instagram but it will be like something went wrong so I have to manually go on Instagram and post it.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to manage social media efficiently by scheduling posts and tracking analytics. It solves the hassle of uploading to multiple accounts individually and lets me compare our performance with competitors all in one place.

 ### 45. Centralized Social Media Management Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite mainly to manage and schedule content across different social media channels, which helps me keep track of the editorial calendar and streamline day-to-day communication workflows. It's especially useful for handling recurring campaigns and institutional content. The ability to centralize everything in one place is what I like most, as it makes scheduling, monitoring, and managing multiple channels much more practical with a clearer view. This centralization saves time and makes it easier to keep content aligned across channels without losing visibility of the schedule. Additionally, I enjoy the speed and consistency it provides across different channels; organizing publishing in one place makes the workflow faster and reduces gaps. The initial setup was no problem at all.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

One thing that could be improved is the ability to automate the first comment together with the post publication.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to manage and schedule content across social media, streamline workflows, and maintain speed and consistency across channels, saving time without losing visibility.

 ### 46. Great Social Calendar, But Facebook Publishing Can Be Unreliable

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like best about Hootsuite is the social calendar tool that allows you to schedule posts simultaneously. It has many social channels to choose from to link with your account.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

What I dislike about Hootsuite is that when editing an already scheduled post, it will sometimes result in a double post when it's posted. There are also moments when it says it failed to publish to Facebook. Sometimes it did publish and sometimes it didn't. In summary, Facebook posting is unreliable.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using Hootsuite, it solves our team's issue of spending too much time scheduling posts natively on each social platform as well as visibility for the rest of the team. Having posts all in one place prevents other members from scheduling the same thing or at the same time.

 ### 47. Essential Social Media Management with Room for Growth

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I really like that Hootsuite lets us take a deep dive into our audience engagement and our social media posts to see what works well and what doesn't. The feature where we can duplicate our social media posts without leaving the scheduler is super useful, and we use it on a day-to-day basis. Hootsuite is generally a very top-notch software, and to be honest, we couldn't live without it.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I think more use of the first comment feature should be implemented. It's only available on Instagram, so if it could be available on Facebook, that would be great. For X, formerly known as Twitter, scheduling threads would be brilliant. Also, on Instagram, it would be fantastic if I could see a draft of what the image would look like on my profile before it goes live. Some way to do a LinkedIn bio for Instagram would also be great.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite for scheduling social media posts for the month, saving time and enhancing time management. It also solves our analytics issues, letting us analyze social media engagement to improve our strategies.

 ### 48. Streamlined Social Media Management Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simran M. | Social Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like the layout of Hootsuite and the ability to schedule posts for multiple platforms at once, like Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, which saves me time from having to switch between different platforms. I appreciate the auto-generated reports that save me hours since I don't have to spend time on reporting anymore. I can easily track all the metrics I care about, such as engagement rates and reach. The competitor analysis is also useful. The setup was super easy; after watching a video and getting a little show-round, I became a pro in minutes.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

It would be good if I could add a product on TikTok like shoppable videos.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite combines scheduling for Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, saving me hours. I can manage multiple platforms at once and don't have to spend time manually on reporting, as everything is automated. It tracks engagement rates and reach, making competitor analysis easier.

 ### 49. Reliable tool for managing multiple social media channels

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mandy B. | Social Media Managerin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like best about Hootsuite is the centralized management of multiple social media channels in one dashboard. It makes content planning, publishing, and daily community management much more efficient, especially when working in a team. The ability to collaborate, use approval workflows, and keep an overview of comments and messages across platforms saves a lot of time in day-to-day operations.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The main downside of Hootsuite is that the interface can feel quite complex and overwhelming, especially for new users. Advanced analytics are also somewhat limited and often require exporting data for deeper insights. Additionally, the pricing can be relatively high, which may be a barrier for smaller teams or companies.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite primarily solves the challenge of managing multiple social media channels and workflows in one central place. It helps streamline content planning, publishing, and community management, which reduces manual effort and saves time. For me, this results in more consistent posting, clearer team collaboration, and a more structured day-to-day social media workflow, especially when handling several platforms at once.

 ### 50. An Invaluable Time Saver for Bulk Tweet Scheduling

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fiona U. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I mainly use Hootsuite for the bulk message upload tool, which has saved us a tremendous amount of time. As a journalist for a media outlet that publishes a lot on social networks, I have to post a tweet every hour, and Hootsuite greatly facilitates this task. I particularly appreciate the time saved for scheduling tweets. Before, we had to schedule everything manually, which was long and tedious. The initial setup of Hootsuite was easy, everything is clear and well explained. Moreover, it has provided me with such a significant time saving that I would probably recommend it to a friend or colleague.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I don't have any particular problem. Or the fact of not being able to schedule two identical tweets. My boss wants us to repost the tweets two or three times. I worked around the issue by writing different tweets.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to save a tremendous amount of time in scheduling tweets, which greatly simplifies my work as a journalist. Previously, manual scheduling was long and tedious.
