## About Hootsuite
Most teams are still working with tools and workflows built for a different time — dashboards, approvals, and disconnected systems that slow them down. Many have added AI, but haven’t changed how work gets done. Social moves too fast for that. It’s why we rebuilt Hootsuite with AI as a foundation, not a feature. Hootsuite Social OS helps teams go from reacting after the moment has passed to acting in real time with AI that makes it as easy as chat. That’s how we’re transforming the way teams move, decide, and grow. Less time navigating software. More time acting on ideas. That’s the future we’re building. --- Hootsuite Social OS gives marketing, communications, and insights teams a connected system to detect what's shaping their brand in real time, understand what it means, and coordinate action across the organization before the window of opportunity closes. Hootsuite Social OS is a strong fit for marketing, communications, brand, and social strategy teams that need social intelligence connected directly to execution across the business, not another listening dashboard to monitor in isolation — so they can move at the speed of social and stay ahead. Hootsuite Key Features \> Real-time social intelligence: Lumen helps you detect the signals shaping your market, from brand perception and emerging trends to competitive moves and consumer shifts, surfacing the insights that matter and helping you act on them before the window of opportunity closes. \> Conversational AI orchestration layer: Ask Wisdom questions in plain language and get cited, actionable answers grounded in your live social data, brand context, and historical performance. And it’s all as easy at chat. \> Connected publishing and planning: With Perch, you can turn insights into scheduled or published content in minutes — without switching tabs or losing context. Unified customer care: Manage comments, messages, and mentions across channels in one place through Nest, with AI-assisted responses and workflow routing. \> Employee advocacy: Turn your most trusted voices — your people — into brand ambassadors. Parliament enables them to easily share on-brand content with their own networks to extend reach and reduce paid media dependency. MCP connectors for Lumen, Perch, and Nest bring Hootsuite Social OS capabilities into the AI tools teams already use, including Claude and ChatGPT. So teams can draft, schedule, publish, engage, and measure across all their channels via Hootsuite without spending every day in a dashboard, calendar, or compose box.

## Hootsuite Reviews
 ### 1. Streamlined Social Scheduling with Powerful Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristal A. | Public Realtions Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite to schedule my social media posts across various platforms and appreciate the analytics it provides to see what content is working. I like having all my social media scheduling in one place instead of spread out. I like the calendar view for scheduling, which gives me a quick view of where I have stuff scheduled. The AI components are really helpful for writing alt text. The analytics help me show my boss and other leaders how many people we reach with our content.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I wish there was a less cost for multiple people on one account. I would like to be able to have my team on our account, but the cost rising significantly for additional logins.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to schedule social media posts across platforms and for analytics that show what content is working. It consolidates scheduling in one place. The calendar view and AI components help with quick scheduling and writing alt text. Analytics demonstrate audience reach to leadership.

 ### 2. The social media industry standard

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** marcus A. | IT/Marketing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

It's the product that all of the competitors in this market benchmark against. Ease of use, good range of analytics reports, allows you to post in advance on a good wide range of platforms, including Bluesky and Threads which we find very useful. It probably saves us around 45 minutes a day. Having the ability to read and answer replies/DMs etc across multiple social media platforms, and assign answers saves a lot of time, plus it's so much easier to show a ROI on Hootsuite when you can show there's no duplication of answers. The analytics have really improved over the last year or so. We find the Streams feature really useful to keep a track of what's posted but it's buried under the More section.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

There are no analytics for Bluesky yet. It's quite pricey if you just use it to just schedule your posts to Social Media otherwise it's quite competitive. Product features are skewed to agencies and brands who are selling products. We use it to get content out to our social feeds, so a lot of the general homepage advice on Hootsuite is irrelevant to us. Would be nice if we could edit the homepage to show information that we find useful and have quicklinks to features we actually find useful, not what Hootsuite thinks we'll find useful. Sending questions to customer support could be made a lot easier and support could answers questions a lot quicker than it does currently.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We post out news items from our website across a range of social media three or four times a day. Hootsuite enables us to make posts across all of the sites with just a few clicks and lets us see all of the results of the social media posts in one place. We don't have to search across all of the platforms to see how we're doing. There's a single interface for uploading that doesn't change, whereas other platforms are constantly moving things around. We can also schedule social posts ahead of time and the new social listening feature allows us to see what our competitors are up to and track any new trends. We are a business that works in multiple time zones and works 100% remotely so the Inbox 2.0 feature is invaluable. With it we can monitor and coordinate answering social media replies/DMs quickly and without duplication. By using Hootsuite we're probably saving around 45 minutes a day.

 ### 3. A Lifesaver for Scheduling Posts Ahead of Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laryssa I. | Marketing and Communications Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Being able to schedule multiple posts ahead of time has been a lifesaver for me. I work at a non-profit with a limited budget and am a one-man show in the marketing department. Being able to do this saves me time and allows me to work on other projects knowing my posts are going out on time.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The social listening tool not being fully active or having to pay additionally for this. I thought this was included and was looking forward to using it, but I have to use talkwalker on a separate account and it is not that great of a listening tool IMO.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's giving back time. Like I stated in the previous question, working in non-profit industries you are doing multiple things and wearing several hats with a limited budget and limited time. Being able to streamline and plan posts ahead of time allows for better productivity.

 ### 4. Streamlined Social Media Management with Scheduling and Calendar View

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan H. | Brand Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I love the organization. I run 20+ social media accounts and Hootsuite makes it super easy to see everything at once. Having all my platforms in one dashboard saves me so much time and keeps me from constantly switching between apps.

The scheduling feature is a huge win too—it helps me plan content ahead, stay consistent, and not feel like I’m scrambling to post in real time. I also really like being able to preview posts before they go live, especially when I’m managing multiple brands and need everything to look polished and on-brand.

The calendar view has been a game changer for visualizing content across all accounts, and it makes it easier to spot gaps or overlaps in posting. Overall, it’s made managing a high volume of accounts feel way more streamlined and less overwhelming.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I love the organization. I run 20+ social media accounts and Hootsuite makes it super easy to see everything at once. Having all my platforms in one dashboard saves me so much time and keeps me from constantly switching between apps.

The scheduling and calendar features are also a huge win—they make it easy to stay ahead and keep content consistent across multiple brands.

That said, there are still a few limitations that can be frustrating. I’m currently limited to posting 10 photos at a time to Instagram and Facebook through Hootsuite, even though both platforms now allow up to 20. It feels like the platform is a bit behind on that update.

Another downside is not having access to Instagram’s music library when scheduling posts. Since audio is such a big part of content performance right now, I often have to go back and post directly through Instagram or Facebook instead, which takes away from the convenience of scheduling everything in one place.

Overall, it’s a great tool for organization and planning, but I do wish it kept up a bit more with native platform features.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite is solving the biggest problem I have: managing a high volume of accounts efficiently without things slipping through the cracks.

Running 20+ social media accounts means juggling different brands, audiences, and posting schedules all at once. Without a centralized platform, I’d be constantly logging in and out of apps, trying to keep track of what’s been posted where, and risking missed posts or inconsistent content.

Hootsuite brings everything into one place, which helps me stay organized, plan ahead, and actually see the full picture of my content across all accounts. The scheduling and calendar tools especially help me stay consistent and proactive instead of reactive.

The biggest benefit for me is time and mental clarity—it streamlines my workflow, reduces overwhelm, and allows me to focus more on creating quality content rather than just managing logistics.

 ### 5. Hootsuite Makes Social Media Scheduling Fast, Easy, and Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** American C. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like most about Hootsuite is how much it simplifies social media management. It’s very user-friendly, even for beginners, and it makes scheduling posts fast and efficient. I also really appreciate how the AI helps me write and organize content, which saves time and effort. Having all my social media platforms in one place is a major advantage—it keeps everything organized and streamlined, and it makes staying consistent a lot easier.

Hootsuite also has strong integrations with other tools, which adds even more value when managing workflows. Overall, the platform performs very well, and the pricing feels worthwhile with a solid return on investment. On top of that, the support and onboarding process were smooth and straightforward, making it easy to get started and see results quickly.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

There isn’t much I don’t like about Hootsuite. That said, it would be great if there were an easier way to edit or reschedule a post from one central place after it’s been scheduled across all social media platforms, rather than having to update each one individually.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite is saving me time and money thanks to its integrations and AI intelligence. Being able to measure campaign results in one place is a real benefit for me and my team. The ability to schedule posts ahead of time has also made things easier for staff—they can set it and forget it, and work ahead when they have planned time off.

 ### 6. Easy-to-Use, Budget-Friendly Social Scheduling with Great Integrations and Analytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kendall H. | Brokerage/Marketing Assistant (Assistante Courtage/Marketing), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The user interface is designed in such a way that makes Hootsuite very easy to use and save ideas to boards for later use. Our company uses Slack and its integration with this platform along with Mailchimp also makes workflows easier. Hootsuite performs well and rarely has issues with posting content, and resetting platofrm logins is very easy. Compared to other social media scheduling platforms, Hootsuite remains well within our budget and is noticeably more cost effective for the benefits it provides. Other competing platforms do not offer the same amount of connected accounts for the same or better price. Support is a click away and useful when the rare issue arises. The OwlyAI is also helpful for ideation and editing.

All in all, being able to save post drafts as virtual 'sticky notes' is very helpful for me to plan ahead and keep my workflow organized. I especially like the analytics to track engagement and see what days and times work best for best performance.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Our company has yet to discover a great way for the review process each week. The Slack integration is nice, but I want to be able to send a drafted post to a Slack channel for other members of my team to review before it goes out. Right now, our process is basically verbal.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company has 9 accounts across 4 different industries and Hootsuite saves hours and hours each week and allows me to plan months ahead. Posting manually would be the bane of my existence, but Hootsuite allows me to set and forget, essentially.

 ### 7. Intuitive Interface, Perfect for Social Planning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giorgia F. | Social Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite to schedule social content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. I find the platform very useful and versatile. I like that posts can be updated, edited, postponed, or brought forward in a smooth and practical way, and I use it daily. The statistics are also very simple and allow me to prepare different dashboards according to needs. The convenience of having to post content on different channels simultaneously is a great advantage. I appreciate the ease of use and the clean and modern interface. The dashboards related to the data of the various accounts are convenient and can be adjusted according to usage needs. I can change the modules easily based on requests. Moreover, the initial setup of Hootsuite was very simple.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The planning of Instagram stories and mentions on Instagram could be improved. I would like the ability to add stickers, location, music, and make the mentions clickable.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to schedule content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. It is practical and versatile, allowing me to post on different channels simultaneously. I love the modern interface and the data dashboards, which I can easily customize for my needs.

 ### 8. My Social Media Operations Center since 2016

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amaia D. | Community Manager & Content Creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I've been involved in social media for quite a few years now, specifically since 2016, and if there's one tool that has become a fundamental pillar of my daily routine, it's Hootsuite. I've tried a few alternatives out of curiosity or because of the promises of new features, but in the end, I always come back home.

The first thing I want to highlight, and for me it's crucial, is how incredibly reliable it is. In all these years, the failures have been few and far between. In a world where social media doesn't wait, knowing that your scheduled posts will go out without a hitch gives you a peace of mind that is priceless.

Moreover, the number of social networks it supports is impressive. It doesn't matter if you're on the most popular ones or on a more niche platform, chances are Hootsuite will allow you to manage it from its dashboard. This avoids having a thousand tabs open and greatly simplifies the work.

For me, the draft saving feature is like having a digital notepad for my ideas. And being able to schedule content well in advance is a lifesaver when you have work peaks or simply want to disconnect for a few days knowing that your content will still reach your audience.

But Hootsuite has gone far beyond simple scheduling. Being able to upload stories, make basic edits to images and videos without leaving the platform, and even having AI help to tweak texts or inspire me with new ideas, has been a huge advancement.

And what to say about the statistics. Having a clear view of what works and what doesn't, without having to jump to each social network separately, is essential for optimizing your strategy. The ability to promote posts directly from the platform also streamlines campaigns a lot.

I know there are many tools on the market, some with more modern interfaces or with a specific feature that catches the eye. But honestly, the integration of all these functionalities in one place is what makes Hootsuite unbeatable for me. It allows me to have a global view and execute my strategy efficiently.

So, if you're looking for a solid tool that rarely lets you down and offers you a complete control center for your social media, based on my personal experience of almost a decade, Hootsuite is a very worthwhile option. It's not perfect, like anything, but for me it remains the best comprehensive solution I've found.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Despite all the good things, I cannot overlook that Hootsuite also has its weak points. One of the things I have always missed is more comprehensive statistics for personal profiles, such as on LinkedIn. I understand that their main focus is on business pages, but for freelancers like me, who also work on our personal brand, this limitation is a nuisance. Furthermore, although the compatibility with social networks is broad, for those of us who manage a really large volume of accounts (I have managed more than 50), the number of profiles offered even by the most advanced plans is excessively limited, which forces you to look for parallel solutions or make a considerable outlay that, for a freelancer, becomes unaffordable.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Despite those occasional inconveniences, the reality is that Hootsuite solves a ton of problems for me in my day-to-day as a freelancer managing social media. Mainly, it offers me crucial centralization. Instead of having to log into multiple platforms, deal with different interfaces, and waste valuable time jumping from one to another, Hootsuite gives me a unified view of all my accounts. This translates into a much more efficient management of time, allowing me to schedule content, respond to interactions, and analyze results from a single dashboard. The reliability I mentioned earlier is also a great benefit, as it gives me the peace of mind that the scheduled content will be published without fail, freeing me from the constant worry of having to oversee each launch. In short, Hootsuite greatly simplifies my workflow, saves me time, and provides me with an organized structure to handle the complexity of multiple social profiles, which is essential for a freelancer with limited resources.

 ### 9. All-in-One Social Management That Keeps Scheduling and Analytics Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** oliver d. | Marketing Manager & Creative Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite makes it easy to manage everything in one place. Being able to schedule content across multiple platforms, monitor engagement, and respond to messages without jumping between apps saves a lot of time. The calendar view is especially useful for planning ahead and keeping content consistent, and the analytics give a clear overview of what’s actually performing so you can adjust your strategy quickly. Overall, it helps keep social organised and efficient without overcomplicating things.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The main downside is that it can feel a bit clunky at times, especially when you’re managing a lot of accounts or trying to move quickly. The UI isn’t always the most intuitive, and some actions take more clicks than they should. Pricing can also be a barrier, particularly for smaller teams or solo marketers, as a lot of the more useful features sit behind higher-tier plans.

Analytics are helpful, but they’re not always as in-depth or flexible as you’d want for more advanced reporting, so you sometimes end up exporting data or using other tools alongside it. Overall, it does the job well, but there are moments where it feels a bit limited or slower than more modern platforms.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite solves the problem of managing multiple social platforms in one place, saving time on posting, replying, and tracking performance. It helps keep content consistent, improves response times, and gives a clear view of what’s working, making it easier to adjust strategy and stay organised without juggling multiple tools.

 ### 10. Simple Multi-Business Social Management That Saves Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah L. | Digital Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The simplicity of accessing all our social profiles across multiple businesses in one place saves so much time! I also really like to approval process for posts.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Sometimes we experience issues syncing up our profiles with our Hootsuite account. There have been a couple of times I've had to contact Hootsuite support to help out with this, but they have been very helpful.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves a huge amount of time from not having to login to separate profiles. It helps my team to create engaging posts. We also love the Analytics feature and produce monthly reports from it. It makes managing several profiles across multiple businesses easy.

 ### 11. Efficient Social Media Management with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Renata H. | Group Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I really appreciate being able to manage three social media accounts from one platform with Hootsuite. It's great for organising our social media content and having it all visualised in one place. I love being able to make updates, look at the big picture, and share posts directly from the platform without visiting each individual website. The workflow for approvals is very helpful for team collaboration. What stands out the most to me is managing and visualising all scheduled content in one calendar, especially when managing many accounts, it's a lifesaver! Hootsuite is very easy to use; even my colleagues who were new to it found it easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I work in a very niche industry so for me the AI Powered content doesn't work well. For generic posts, like for example a "Merry Christmas" post, it works fine.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to organise our social media content, manage and visualise all scheduled posts in a calendar, make comments and share posts easily, and utilise its workflow for post approvals.

 ### 12. Unified Inbox That Makes Multi-Account Social Messaging Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris W. | Solution Architect, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The unified inbox is the main reason why i continue to come back. The facebook, instagram, tiktok, threads, linkedin – all messages and comments are shown in real time. I can reply without having to open an additional tab. I have multiple client accounts, before using this tool, i would actually lose my mind switching between everything. DM automation is very useful. So, i am not manually typing the same answers every day.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Tasks feature could use more columns (such as deadlines, status, links) because right now it’s a little bare & i still need to use another tool for that which defeats the point. Also some of newer integrations, specifically threads, are glitchy. Triggers don’t always fire correctly & end up having to go check manually anyway.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using this i had like 6 subscriptions running at the same time just to cover scheduling, analytics, listening, inbox and automation but now it’s one thing. That alone saves a lot of money and the social listening feature also is very helpful it is usually locked behind more expensive paywal but in here it’s just in there with the plan.

 ### 13. Easy Backend Navigation and Consistent Performance with Strong ROI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MD S. | Media and Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Easy to navigate the back end. I appreciate being able to opt out of AI, and I generally find the performance to be consistent. Sometimes integrations can tap out, and I could use more touchpoint from the team (instead of me reaching out first all the time), I generally feel like our agency is getting a value out of the platform, and the ROI is positive.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Sometimes the integrations can disconnect without warning, and the interface can be a little frustrating if there is a disconnect. I've had some posts fail to go out, and I wish I had a better understanding of why. I also loathe the forced AI takeover.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m a consultant, and I generally recommend that clients set up Hootsuite to support their digital communications strategy. At this agency, the ED had been posting everything in real time, which meant we had no analytics, no insight into the best posting times, and no real strategy to guide our work. Now we can do all of that and more. It has streamlined our digital comms, expanded our team’s capacity, and helped us write better grants based on digital performance. My time is limited to 40 hours a month, and instead of spending 2–3 hours on social media from my personal phone, I’m able to keep everything for the agency contained here.

 ### 14. Good message routing for our online customer support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaspard M. | Social media strategist, Photography, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Multi network content scheduling takes care of our publishing queues reliably on global brand channels. Inbox aggregation sends customer messages straight to the support specialists that are assigned to them, without delay. The short URLs are accurate enough to track clicks for internal marketing performance reporting on Ow.ly. Manual approvals are eliminated from campaigns across corporate social accounts via automated approval workflows.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Often, loading lots of live stream feeds at the same time causes the Web dashboard rendering to stall. The automated publishing of Instagram videos is erratic and doesn't provide any helpful error log descriptions. With basic analytical export capabilities added, the price of enterprise plans rises sharply.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, the social channels were fragmented, leading to slow response times from the customers' service. All channel data is consolidated, so we can respond to consumer questions in minutes.

 ### 15. Great Usability and Analytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jen D. | Communications Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

We have found Hootsuite to be a system in which users can intuitively see schedules and trends at a glance but also dive deeper. We also have used the in-depth analytics for internal reporting and to make decisions on campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Nothing comes to mind, Hootsuite meets our division's needs, provides training and support and helps us think through the best use of socials for our messaging.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned, the ease in which we can see trends and also make choices on timing and messaging by platform has been key. We are a small team and Hootsuite is a great partner in it.

 ### 16. Unified Inbox Makes Managing Multiple Clients Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shraddha D. | Sr. Social Media Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I love unified inbox. At our agency Createwity, we're handling multiple clients at once, so there's always something happening, comments, dms, mentions, all over the place. Before, it felt a bit all over the place keeping track of everything. Now it's just easier to sit in one dashboard and respond without jumping between apps all the time. It's not flashy, but it makes a real difference day to day.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I do like the social listening feature, it's useful to understand what people are actually saying about a brand. but it just give basic feature in team plan. For more deep insight, pushed to upgrade. That cost it too much for us.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite is like our core team member at Createwity. It helps us stay organized while handling multiple clients. Instead of switching between tools, we manage content and engagement in one place. It just give me under control feeling. :)

 ### 17. Managing global brand presence requires this exact platform

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Custom streams allow you to monitor industry hashtags in real time, from a bunch of social media platforms. The bulk composer tool enables you to precisely schedule hundreds of updates in a single shot. Each account can access analytical widgets to obtain metrics at a deeper level, such as audience growth and peak interaction windows.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

During peak periods, platform updates often cause what is a basic functionality of the platform, to require an unnecessary click. Historical analytics searching is still extremely limited and not capable of returning data prior to certain dates.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized management means no need to alternate between separate dashboards from the social platforms. Today we are publishing at a regular schedule, even though we have dozens of different corporate channels to manage. With analytics consolidation, I get an uncluttered view of cross channel analytics metrics every morning. This change in operation is saving our social media team a few hours of manual work every week.

 ### 18. Hootsuite Has Made My Work More Streamlined!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karalyn J. | Marketing and Communications Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I absolutely love the automation features of Hootsuite. It has made doing my job as a social media manager effective and efficent. I'm able to schedule content weeks and even months in advance all at once. This has freed up more time for me to focus on other areas in my role. The reports are also something I rely on heavily. The data and automated reports have allowed me to cut time gathering that data from each platform, all in one place. I use the reports to share out the analytics for our social not just with my team members but org wide. I'm a huge fan of Hootsuite overall, it's one of the best social media tools out there.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I don't have much to dislike about hootsuite. The only thing I can think of is that I guess I don't use the ads or listening function. Mainly because I don't know how to use them or find a need for them. I would be interested in some more training around all the features hootsuite has to offer because I don't think I am taking full advantage of them.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite has solved my problem of quick and efficent data gathering. Previously I would have to gather all social media data myself from each individual platform. Hootsuite saved my time and does it for me. Now I can focus on diving into that data and understanding it properly.

 ### 19. Efficient Posting with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dawn H. | Director of Marketing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I benefit from the ability to preschedule posts with Hootsuite. I also find the ability to duplicate and post very useful. It's time-saving and allows me to get posts scheduled months in advance in a fairly quick manner.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I think the ability to upload more photos for LinkedIn could be improved. Even though I know LinkedIn does not accept more than 10 photos, the ability to just upload them with the understanding that Hootsuite is only going to publish the first 10 would be fine with me. This feature used to be available previously on Hootsuite, and with updates, it has since changed. So, the problem is, if I'm posting to LinkedIn and Facebook at the same time and I want to upload 20 photos, I still need to go into the LinkedIn tab and delete 10 of those photos. Previously, it would have just published the first 10.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite allows me to easily post to multiple platforms simultaneously and duplicate posts. I often preschedule posts months in advance.

 ### 20. Huge Time-Saver for Social Media, But Interface Takes Getting Used To

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** charlize d. | Client Relations & Social Media Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Honestly, the biggest upside of using Hootsuite is how much time it saves. Having all my social accounts — like Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) — in one dashboard makes it so much easier to stay organised. Instead of jumping between apps all day, I can just schedule posts, check comments, and track engagement all in one place.

One of the most helpful things for me is the post-scheduling feature. I can plan a whole week (or even a month) of content ahead of time, which takes a lot of pressure off during busy weeks. The analytics tools are also great — they help me see what’s actually working so I’m not just guessing what kind of posts people like.

I also like the team collaboration part. If I’m working with others, it’s easy to assign tasks or approve posts without a bunch of back-and-forth messages.

Overall, it’s just a really practical tool for staying consistent and on top of everything without feeling overwhelmed.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

For me, the least helpful part of Hootsuite is probably the interface — it can feel a bit cluttered at first. There are a lot of tabs and streams to look at, and it takes some time to figure out where everything is. Once you get used to it, it’s fine, but there’s definitely a learning curve.

Another downside is that some features are locked behind paid plans, and those can get pretty pricey if you’re just a small business or solo creator. For example, advanced analytics or team collaboration tools aren’t really worth it unless you’re managing multiple brands or clients.

Also, the analytics aren’t always super detailed compared to using the native platforms directly. It gives you a good overview, but if you want deeper insights (like specific post performance on TikTok or Instagram), you might still have to check the individual apps.

And honestly, sometimes the scheduled posts don’t publish exactly as expected — especially if a platform changes its API or limits. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, it’s annoying.

Overall, Hootsuite is great for organization and scheduling, but it’s not perfect — it’s more about convenience than getting every single advanced feature in one place.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem Hootsuite solves for me is time management. Before using it, I was constantly jumping between different social media apps trying to post consistently, reply to messages, and keep track of engagement — it was honestly a mess. Hootsuite pulls everything into one place, which saves a lot of time and helps me stay organised.

It also solves the problem of inconsistency. I used to forget to post or miss the best times to share content. Now, I can schedule everything ahead of time, which keeps my pages active even when I’m busy.

Another big benefit is better visibility and tracking. It’s easy to see what posts are performing well, which platforms are getting more engagement, and where I should focus my energy. That kind of insight helps me plan smarter instead of just guessing.

So overall, Hootsuite helps me be more efficient, stay consistent, and actually understand what’s working — all without feeling like I have to be online 24/7.

 ### 21. How Hootsuite Helps One Man Speak To Thousands

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew T. | Social Media Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

We find Hootsuite's simple UI and user feedback options the most rewarding parts of the service's experience, great for both new and experiences users. Whether that's locating an old post or scheduling out a new one, its simple to navigate between windows, generate reports, etc.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Currently the most annoying aspects of the site are the fairly invasive pop-ups, every time we get one some sort of window is blocking buttons, and we're not particularly interested in the AI-powered features and how they're integrated into the site, we trust our ability to create our own posts, so having ways to minimize those would be great.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time management is the most useful aspect at this time, out social media manager can sit down on a Friday and schedule out everything for the next week, while still able to go in during that week and make any simple changes needed. The site's performance, and its ability to reconnect to platforms when issues arrive almost automatically have become incredibly helpful.

 ### 22. Effortless Social Scheduling and a Unified Inbox for Engagement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nordia E. | Media Planning and Buying Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The ability to schedule content for all the most popular social platforms. The inbox, which allows me to respond to comments and engage from one place.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I've had trouble uploading SRT files for video content. This has been a focus lately due to new accessibility guidelines. I get an error message on Hootsuite, so I have to upload natively to each platform, where it works. That takes three times as long. I submitted a help request and received a response about time codes that did not help and was confusing. A step-by-step guide to fix the problem would be helpful. Better yet, fixing the issue so that it works like it works on the native platforms would be great!

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been using Hootsuite for a decade or so. It's hard to remember what we did before. It saves time and helps with collaboration. It also allows us to increase how much we post and try new platforms. We use the calendar to plan posts for multiple programs with multiple contributors. The ability to approve content before it goes live is helpful when working with interns or those who might not be as familiar with social media. With multiple accounts, it's helpful to have one place to find all the comments and questions. Between the multiple pages, business manager, advertising accounts versus personal accounts, it can be hard to find comments, questions and engage with other accounts. Before Hootsuite, we would miss questions and opportunities to engage. We struggled with the social aspect of social media. Now our social engagement is increasing. The constantly improving analytics is also essential to our growth. Before Hootsuite it would take three to five times as long to download analytics from each native platform. Now we can download analytics and multiple reports in half the time. We are able to make data driven decisions which increase our reach and engagement.

 ### 23. Smooth Social Scheduling with Personalized Posts and Helpful AI Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roz S. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Provides a smooth process for scheduling social posts, ensures that the information is personalized as required for different networks, helps to generate content with ai support. reasonable subscription pricing for the level of productivity.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I wish that the tagging worked better - it seemed to be improving, but them the instagram tags added didn't appear on the app. so this requires me to do a second step of tagging accounts in the app after making posts.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't had a ton of time to test 'improved features' I am somewhat in the habit of using the software as I know how to and need to be enlightened to the developments that it is making. The visual of the week at large with the posts in place has been the thing that has helped me most since beginning to use the program, i like to be able to see all the planned posts and that they have indeed been executed, versus spending a lot of time inside the distracting apps.

 ### 24. Essential Tool for Streamlined Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt S. | Public Affairs Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I appreciate Hootsuite because it makes managing our seven social media accounts super easy, allowing me to load up and push out an extreme amount of content daily. It's easy to use and straightforward, with continuous innovations and updates. The planning aspect and calendar feature let me preload content and sync it with our website, which streamlines operations and helps keep the community informed in real time. The 'post now' function is fantastic for quick updates during emergencies. I couldn't do my job as a public affairs officer without it, and it helps me cover a lot of ground quickly. Hootsuite rarely has downtime and has become an essential tool in my office. I also find their customer service very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Previously, I was able to click on a specific date on the physical calendar in Hootsuite and load up the item there. That function doesn't seem as possible anymore. I'm not sure why that function went away. Also, allowing multiple Twitter accounts to post to be connected to one post would be helpful as well. But it's not a big deal overall. I've learned to work around with it.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite enables me to efficiently manage and publish content across multiple social media accounts, saving significant time and allowing me to keep the community informed in real-time. It streamlines operations and covers a lot of ground quickly, which is vital for my role as a public affairs officer.

 ### 25. Life changing for Social Media

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharron N. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Just about every tool and measurement of success needed to manage and maintain our social media content is accessible through Hootsuite. I love that you can integrate just about any social media channel with ease. Scheduling is probably the tool I use most frequent. And it makes implementing your social media plans a breeze!

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The only downside to using Hootsuite is that I would love it if we could keep track of our email and podcast success metrics. Other than that I love Hootsuite and how easy ans stress free it is to navigate through the software.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite allows me to schedule posts and not have to worry about timing or forgetting to post. Hootsuite suggests appropriate timing, it can post on all social media channels at once, it even has a hashtag suggestion feature which is incredible. It cuts the time we usually spend planning, implementing and executing in half.

 ### 26. Prioritizing the Time of Content Creators: Hootsuite Streamlines the Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

It makes the process up uploading social media content so easy--it eliminates time on my part that I would spend doing it on each platform. It also helps streamline the process of creating social media content, and provides an opportunity to plan more effectively so that a consistent stream of content can be easily managed!

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The price is a little steep, but when you consider all of the features that it offers, I understand. I do know that the price can be a barrier to come content creators continuing to use the service.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping to take the menial tasks out of social media postings. I have found that much time is wasted going in and focusing so much on the little minutia of content, but Hootsuite can automate that, as well as to give ideas that better promote content.

 ### 27. Great solution for small teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah S. | Digital Communications Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

We use Hootsuite now after using Sprout Social for several years. We've found that Hootsuite allows our team to manage workload easier by having the ability to cross-post to nearly all platforms at one time for each of our clients. Also, managing private messages and comments takes less time from our team members each day, including Hootsuite's ability to filter and automate responses to certain types of messages. What I have been most impressed with in the past is Hootsuite's customer account team and implementation processes, although it has not been as helpful as of recent. We have had dedicated people in the past that were always there when we need them and were very helpful when we come across issues. We use Hootsuite every single day, at all hours of the day to manage content publishing. It is very easy to train employees to use. With our plan, we can integrate as many social media accounts as we need into Hootsuite. We also love the reporting and analytics tools, as it can separate organic posts vs paid/sponsored posts. I love being able to customize my reports and format it to fit each client's needs to show the most powerful data and results that make an impact.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

1. Facebook sharing
2. Filtering out/Removing spam and malicious links in comments/messages (also reporting spam/banning user)
3. Change cover photos/profile pictures
4. A big one: white-labeling reports. We can have our logo, yet they still all show Hootsuite on them.
5. We can't see or respond to Facebook reviews!
6. Boosting and promoting has a lot of issues to where it shows successfully boosted/promoted yet later we find it never went through to Meta, yet shows boosted in Hootsuite. This is causing us more time with budgeting and confirming spends are live.
7. The app has a lot of bugs. The notifications do not load on any of our team's devices even with troubleshooting through the Support team.
8. Several of the reports will show varying data even with the same dates for the same post whether paid or organic. Some of the numbers do not add up to be accurate between reports.

I understand each platform's API is the reason for most limitations.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Posting on multiple platforms for each client. We don't have to sign in and out of every single account to make posts, so we can schedule ahead and even promote the ad all in one step. This saves our team members so much time to be able to give extra support in other areas for our clients. Our clients also love the easy to understand and custom reports we give them each month from Hootsuite. This saves us again from going into each account and platform to pull analytics one by one.

 ### 28. All-in-One Social Management That Keeps Everything Organized

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Esteban P. | Digital Marketing Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like most about Hootsuite is how it brings everything into one place, it makes managing multiple social accounts feel way less chaotic. Scheduling, monitoring, and analytics are all streamlined, so it saves a lot of time and keeps things organized without needing to jump between tools.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The interface can feel a bit cluttered and not very intuitive at times, especially when you’re managing multiple streams. It also gets pretty expensive as you scale, and some features feel locked behind higher-tier plans. Occasionally, performance can lag, which slows things down when you’re trying to move quickly.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite solves the problem of managing multiple social media accounts in one place, which saves a lot of time and reduces the chance of missing posts or messages. It makes scheduling content, tracking performance, and staying organized much easier, so I can focus more on strategy instead of jumping between platforms.

 ### 29. Fast, Easy Social Posting Across Platforms with Scheduling and AI Help

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gergely B. | Concert pianist | Bogányi piano owner | Composer | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I really like that I can post at the same time on all of my social media platforms. Makes it faster and easier. I also like the schedule option and the AI help.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Its monthly fee. I find it exorbitant. When I want to use it for all of my accounts, I need to use the paid version. I am a pianist, not a professional marketing agency...

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me time, makes it much much easier to handle my social media accounts, to keep track on all of the publishings, to schedule posts and check how are the published ones doing, all in one place, without having to constantly check into my FB, LinkedIn, Insta, YT ect. accounts.

 ### 30. All-in-One Social Hub: Single Inbox, Bulk Scheduling, and Smart Listening

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Niharika A. | Social Media Manager, Staffing and Recruiting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Everything lives in one place, which makes the day feel manageable. The single inbox alone saves a ton of time, no more wondering if someone already replied to a comment or message. Bulk scheduling fits naturally into how we already work. We plan through spreadsheets, upload in batches and hiring content goes out consistently without the hassle. Listening feature helps to jump in at exactly the right moment of conversation.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Add-on costs. Sometime I need a specific 3rd party integration like notion for example, then realize some integrations require a separate subscription. That bill adds up faster.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps everything scheduling, engagement and monitoring in one place instead of scattered across tabs. For our team at TheCareerVista, that means recruitment campaigns run more consistently, response times improve and a lot of manual work just disappears.

 ### 31. Seamless Social Media Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivia N. | Marketing Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite for work, specifically to run our company's social media accounts. I appreciate that I can toggle between the different social media sites and slightly tweak each post and caption to best fit the platform. The initial setup was straightforward, and after connecting our social accounts, it has been very easy to use. I've recommended it to people before and would give it a 9/10.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Even though Instagram has updated to allow for 20 pictures to be added to a post, Hootsuite still only allows 10. In an ever-changing environment of social media, Hootsuite needs to keep up with current policies and capabilities to ensure the tool is not limiting what is possible through the social media platforms.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I run our company's social media accounts, and Hootsuite streamlines the posting process. I can toggle between platforms and tweak posts to fit each one best.

 ### 32. We completely automated our monthly publishing calendar

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eugeniusz R. | Brand Communications Specialist, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The centralized dashboard is a gamechanger for our coordination of multiple active campaigns across digital channels at the same time, and monitoring brand mentions. Our marketing team can upload and schedule content for weeks in advance with the utmost accuracy through its bulk scheduling feature. The detailed visual calendar shows our publish schedule and makes it easy for collaboration in content creation.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The existing user interface is quite outdated and lags in some respects when receiving large numbers of incoming mention. Over the last few years, prices are skyrocketed leading to the platform's financial limiting of smaller companies and growing agencies. Reporting module has restrictive restriction on layout customization and needs expensive add-ons for advanced metric filtering.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows you to post updates in social media without having to log into each account to do so, or to see how much response you get from your community. It brings together different types of audience in one convenient inbox, thus making it very efficient to respond to your customer's inquiries. Teams can run intricately planned cross channel marketing campaigns from a single point to ensure consistent brand messaging.

 ### 33. Intuitive Calendar Scheduling That Saves Hours Every Week

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephania V. | Creador, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I love being able to schedule weeks of content for all my platforms in one go. The calendar view is very intuitive and it saves me hours of manual work every week. It just keeps my workflow organized.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Sometimes the interface feels a bit heavy and slow to load, especially when switching between different accounts. Also, navigating the analytics section can be a bit confusing and takes some time to get used to.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, I used to struggle to post consistently because I had to do it manually every day. Now, I can plan and schedule a whole month of content in a couple of days. It gives me peace of mind and frees up my schedule.

 ### 34. Good for managing multiple brands

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ganpat S. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I love Hootsuite's bulk scheduling feature. I run mostly dropshipping ecommerce brands along with my agency, HOOX (previously Mashcape), so being able to sit down, plan a week or more of content, and just upload everything at once really helps. I'm not logging in every day just to push posts , which saves a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Pricing is where it starts to feel a bit tight. It's fine in the beginning, but once you need more than the basics, especially for team use, the cost jumps pretty quickly. It feels like you hit that ceiling sooner than expected.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite solves the chaos of managing multiple dropshipping brand pages and client accounts at the same time. earlier, I was constantly switching between platforms trying to keep things consistent. Now I batch everything and let it run in the background. It keeps things moving without needing constant attention.

 ### 35. Would love to see improved video posting resolution.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather F. | Director of Marketing And Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The ability to manage and schedule content for multiple social media accounts in one place is what I like best. The content calendar gives a clear overview of upcoming posts, makes it easy to adjust the schedule, and helps keep campaigns organized across different brands and platforms.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

What I dislike most is that videos sometimes lose quality and appear blurry after being published through Hootsuite. This can be frustrating, especially when the original file is high resolution and the content is meant to look polished. Improving video upload and publishing quality would make the platform much more reliable.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps solve the challenge of managing multiple social media accounts and brands across different platforms. It allows us to schedule content in advance, view everything in one calendar, and keep campaigns organized without constantly switching between accounts. This saves time, improves consistency, and makes it easier to maintain a steady posting schedule.

 ### 36. Easy UI, but limited YouTube/Instagram scheduling features

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyx B. | Digital Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like that the social platforms my organization uses are integrated and available for scheduling and analytics/reporting, with minimal gaps in my ability to schedule vs post manually. The UI/UX is relatively easy to navigate, although managing access across teams can be confusing.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

There are some features that are not possible to schedule, and some features that Hootsuite doesn't have that other scheduling tools do that would be helpful. For example, the ability to schedule Youtube content feels really limited. I also wish there were more Instagram features available, like music. I am neutral towards the AI Intelligence features and don't really use them or see them helping my team's social performance.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite solves a problem of time/availability and makes it way more convenient to publish social content by mostly eliminating the need to publish every post manually and live.

 ### 37. Flexible Calendar View Makes Scheduling and Rescheduling a Breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah T. | Community Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like the flexibility of viewing the calendar and the ease of moving/rescheduling posts. This allows me the freedom to use creativity to see the bigger picture and scheduling process. I love the AI features that allow me to fine tune my captions and also see areas of improvement. Thee price is really good compared to other platforms. The support is helpful and easy to work with. Overall, the app performs exactly how it should, loads in a timely manner, and posts seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

It does not overly integrate with other applications and all platforms. For example, it does not integrate with TikTok which is something that I am posting on frequently.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of having to post every day and also provides analytics that are helpful in one place and allows me to see what is working well and what needs improvement.

 ### 38. Easy-to-Understand Dashboard Metrics and Engagement Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like the dashboard to view the metrics. I think it is easier for me to understand what is working and what isn't based on the engagement and the way the system analyzes it.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I wish that I could add more accounts without the additional costs. I am sad that I am paying a lot for a plan that won't even let me use the ai feature.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me schedule out the posts so that I donn't have to manually do it individually for each account which is cumbersome in and of itself which does suck.

 ### 39. Handy Multi-Platform Dashboard, Saves Time for Multi-location Team

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adeline F. | Marketing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I appreciate the ability to integrate multiple platforms into one view so I don't have to log in and out between dashboards. The system is relatively easy to navigate but not the best. It generally works well. Pricing is fair for the level of usefulness. I have not needed to engage with a support team as the tool generally works smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Too many popup notifications about disconnected feeds, or come-ons to try new features. I just want to use the tool. I know there's an AI helper called OWLGPT, and I have not experimented with it yet.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have 10 rooftops and use almost all the traditional social networks at every single one. Very cumbersome! I appreciate being able to see everything in one place. It also allows us to compare metrics quickly, and track competitors in one place.

 ### 40. Keeps Client Social Media Organized with a Great Visual Calendar

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikita K. | Founder, Social Media Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I run a small marketing agency Social Nugget based in Canada. Hootsuite helps me keep all my client accounts organized. I use it daily to schedule, plan and keep track of social media content. Canva integration and visual calendar is my favorite.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite is a solid tool for social media management, especially for social media agencies. But their pricing plans feels challenging for small agency.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I started my agency I use to store bookmarks in browser and go one by one on every social media sites to manage accounts. And with this approach managing several client accounts felt scattered. Now everything is in one place, which makes managing accounts easy and organized. It keep client switch smoothly. Saves time and efforts.

 ### 41. Stellar Training Program Makes Getting Started Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rheanna B. | Programs Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The training program is stellar! When using a new program it can always feel overwhelming, but if the training program is good you're in decent shape.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I wish that the Hootsuite Academy was a little more prominently displayed, even if its a temporary display in your first six months. I also wish that some of the displays were more streamlined for a one person team. That's a struggle I seem to find with more scheduling platforms. They are always targeting to large multi-person teams and that can be really overwhelming for smaller teams.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to a way to create an easy to use and operate Employee Advocacy program and hootsuite is creating that for me. Its been really easy to upload content and add people so far.

 ### 42. All-in-One Social Dashboard That Makes Multi-Brand Management Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sneha A. | Social Media Strategist, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I manage social media for multiple eCommerce brands at a small agency Social Butter Consultancy. Hootsuite keeps everything in one dashboard. I just schedule post, track performance and monitor conversation in real time across all accounts without switching between sites. Content calendar and conversation tracking/listening tools make my every day job easy.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

There is nothing much to dislike. But sometime I've run into occasional publishing errors and account connection issues. That is frustrating when managing time sensitive posts.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite made my work life in easy mode. It simplifies managing multiple client accounts at once. Everything is centralized, so I spend less time on manual tasks and more time on strategy and content creation. Our small agency is growing with it.

 ### 43. Monthly Planning Made Easy with Smart Posting Insights and Canva Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophie R. | Treatment Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Being able to plan for the month and see the content laid out at a glance. The information on when best to post. Suggestions of useful days to prompt content creation. Integration with Canva.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Pricing - I use the account as part of my employment but looked in to using it for my self employment but it was unaffordable as a micro influencer/ugc account.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes my content planning and creating more efficient and streamlined. Schedules posts easily and cross platform posting has been a big help. Ability to have a team member login to Hootsuite rather than giving them direct access to the passwords for the Instagram/Facebook gives better security.

 ### 44. Hootsuite Makes Multi-Platform Scheduling Fast and Efficient

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdul R. | Employer Engagement Executive, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like best about Hootsuite is the ability to manage multiple social media accounts from a single dashboard. It makes scheduling posts across different platforms quick and efficient, saving a significant amount of time compared to posting manually. I also find the content calendar useful for planning campaigns in advance, and the analytics provide clear insights into engagement and performance, helping improve social media strategy.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

One thing I dislike about Hootsuite is that some of the more advanced features, such as detailed analytics and higher user limits, are only available on the more expensive plans. The interface can also feel a bit overwhelming for new users due to the number of features and dashboards available.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite solves the challenge of managing multiple social media accounts across different platforms in one place. Instead of logging into each social network separately, I can schedule posts, monitor engagement, respond to messages, and track performance from a single dashboard. This saves time, improves consistency in content publishing, and makes it easier to measure results and optimize social media campaigns. As a result, I can be more productive and focus on creating effective content rather than managing multiple platforms manually.

 ### 45. All-in-One Social Media Management That Streamlines Scheduling, Analytics, and Teamwork

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine R. | UX Writer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like best about Hootsuite is how it centralizes all social media management into one intuitive platform. It makes scheduling, monitoring, and analyzing content across multiple channels incredibly efficient. I especially appreciate its user-friendly interface, the ability to collaborate with teams, and the insights it provides to optimize performance. It really helps streamline workflows and save time while maintaining consistency in social media strategies.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Honestly, there’s nothing I dislike about Hootsuite. It’s an incredibly complete and well-rounded platform that covers all my needs for social media management. From scheduling to analytics and team collaboration, everything works seamlessly and efficiently. It’s a very reliable tool that consistently delivers a great experience.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite solves the challenge of centralizing all my social media accounts in one place, which makes managing multiple platforms much more efficient. It allows me to schedule content, monitor engagement, and track performance without switching between apps. This saves me time, improves organization, and helps me maintain a more consistent and strategic presence across all my channels.

 ### 46. Easy Planning and Cross-Posting With Flexible Post Tweaks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Holly L. | Community Engagement and Social Media Manager , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

It’s easy to use. I like being able to plan and cross-post while still tweaking each post so it feels a little more unique for each social media app. I also appreciate that I can tag people during the planning stage, so I don’t have to go back in and do it live.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I wish I could choose the still thumbnail image on all videos so I can post reels more easily. You recently fixed the other thing I liked least—adding alt text to Instagram. NOW YOU CAN!

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work for a nonprofit with a very low budget. Your discount helps me be able to afford a professional product. I appreciate alt text being offered and then being able to adjust it. Accessibility is critically important to our social media as a disability-led nonprofit.

 ### 47. Fast, Easy Social Scheduling and Saving Time for You

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emese K. | Head of Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

It's fast and easy to connect the different social media platforms with Hootsuite, easy and straightforward to plan content, then to follow up how each post succeeds.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I only dislike the price. For a single user, who is not a wealthy company, it is too much. I understand there are different offers, but as I am making about 2000 dollars per month in total from my social media clients, I simply can't afford paying that much. So I keep asking my clients to get the trial vesrion...and use that for a month with each of my small clients:)

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me a lot of time, especially that I have small social media clients, who don't pay more than 200-600 dollars per month. So I need to be time efficient, and Hootsuite is a perfect tool for that.

 ### 48. All-in-One Social Management with Scheduling and Analytics That Deliver

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Payal A. | Social Media Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Everything in one tool. We're across Instagram, Linkedin and Facebook daily at Wisdom Marketing, and Hootsuite helps to manage that chaos. I batch schedule at the start of each week and calendar view helps me spot gaps and fix captions without losing track. Analytics is very useful too. Posts I was confident about flopped, random carousels took off. Analytics reports showed us why.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Pricing jumps between plans are noticeable and some advanced features of listening section required addon plan subscription. Nothing deal breaking just feel it include in team plan.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It replaced scattered tabs, manual checks, work and constant platform switching with one organized workflow. We post more consistently, respond faster, and plan without last minute scrambling. less noise better work. And also manage clients accounts.

 ### 49. Decent scheduler, laggy interface

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vivienne D. | Social Media Strategist, Market Research, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Automated multi platform scheduling functions well into our two completely different regional social accounts. The incoming message filtering configuration is effective in separating out customer-related messages from brand-related messages. The ability to upload media contents to the unified content library via bulk upload means that significant manual effort is saved every week.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

In enterprise mode, it can take a few minutes to display the engagement dashboard with custom reports. Team management panel access permissions have input lag. Cropping a high resolution vertical image with the inbuilt image editing feature keeps failing.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had difficulty keeping our publication schedules stable with the widely dispersed global clientele. This new centralised interface allows campaigns to be distributed without having to log into individual profiles. Our creative team won't be using old marketing materials with centralized asset management.

 ### 50. Brings Better Control to Social Media Posting Workflow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rakesh J. | Consultant Gynecologist and Medical Educator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

In my routine work, I regularly share women’s health awareness and pregnancy related posts on LinkedIn and Twitter. What I like most about Hootsuite is the ability to schedule posts in advance, especially when I plan weekly health topics like antenatal care, menstrual health, and patient awareness updates. Managing multiple social media accounts from one dashboard saves time, as I don’t need to log in separately to each platform. I also use the calendar view to plan posts for different days of the week, which helps me maintain consistency even during busy hospital hours.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

One small point I noticed is that when managing multiple scheduled posts, the dashboard can take a few seconds to load at times. It is not a major issue, but during busy hours even small delays are noticeable. Apart from this, the platform works well for regular posting, and once everything is set up, it runs smoothly in daily use.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, posting health awareness content separately on LinkedIn and Twitter took extra time, and sometimes I missed posting during busy working hours. Planning posts manually each day was not always practical. With Hootsuite, I now prepare and schedule posts in advance, usually for a few days or a full week at a time. This helps me share educational health content on time without affecting my routine work. It has made posting more consistent and saves effort in daily social media management.
